Burger King — Restaurant in Wichita

Ordered a Triple bundle through UberEats earlier, when I got it there we're only 2/3 whoppers and 2/3 of the fries we ordered and absolutely none of the sauces we requested. Which caused an uncomfortable atmosphere for the 3rd person we were feeding, being as though they now had no food. I called up there (Took 4 tries, only to have them hang it up.) Only to be told to see if there's something UberEats (it is not their responsibility to put the food in the bag and count items, they simply deliver, this was not a mistake on UberEat's behalf.) could do about it and that there weren't any managers in the store to talk to. I requested Buffalo and ranch for the nuggets and instead of putting the packets in the bag they put it on the whopper?... The fries were hard and cold but at least the Whoppers were warm I guess. Definitely not worth $27, especially when told there's nothing they can do about it and be hung up on. Date: March 22, 1:10am. I gotta say, I absolutely love the night staff! There is an older white gentleman who works at night for the window and he is as sweet as can be and is always smiling! I made my order an asked what sauce i wanted for chicken fries an my onion rings so i told him an told me my total. He had my cold coffee ready for me right when i pulled up! He even asked if there were any extra sauce i happen to forget to mention an if i wanted ketchup i said please. I go here often at night and everytime i see this man i light up! Hes my favorite. The food prepared is always hot, burgers always taste fresh. Even my fries and onion rings are crispy on my several minute drive home!! Burger kings my saving grace. I visited the Meridian location BK17368 Thursday July 21, 2022 at 10:14pm. I wanted to thank the young man that took my order for such professionalism and respect. He was polite and let me know it would be a little while because my meals were taking a little time to be ready. I pulled to the front of the restaurant and waited. After a wait an older gentleman walked out and my husband met him half way. Immediately he apologized for the wait and stated the were working on getting the order out fresh. My husband and I thanked him very much. This review is to compliment both men. Kind and respectful and explained the wait. I have been to many to many fast-food restaurants but this one was quite special. I saved my receipt just so I could write this review. I wish I would of known their names.
