Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wichita

I drove through Taco Bell at 9:05 on Tuesday, November 21st. The girl working the counter handed me a bag of food but when I asked for my drink she shut the window and began yelling at the people in the back “I told you they didn’t have more food”. After a few minutes another girl came to the window and explained that the car in front of me was given my food and asked me to return the bag of food that they had already given me. She politely apologized and offered to refund me for making me wait until they could remake my correct order. After waiting for my food, a third girl came to the window and explained again that they gave my food to the car before me but I would still need to pay for my meal. At this point I had been sitting in line for about 10 minutes with several cars behind me and I just wanted the food. She told me the order was $10.28 but once I handed her the money she then told me the total is $11.08. After sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes I asked for a refund and did not take my food. I work with the general public and understand mistakes happen but this staff seamed untrained and unproffetional. Ill never come back. Waited in drive thru line at least 15 to 20 minutes before i got to speaker and asked with computer voice if using app blah blah blah they never came on and said anything waited waited waited for 5 minutes then finally asked them if they was going to take my order then the rude person said were not taking any drive thru orders tonight. "We just work at taco bell" i had some words about it but at the same time wouldnt you waiting in line that long and no communication no signs posted out no nothing. 9th of July at 10 15 pm. Pretty sure it was the tall slender black guy that was coming out the side door playing on his phone while the drive thru is completely passed the walk in doors. Wasn't professional, wasnt nice to me at all and had I not said something on the speaker he would have for sure ignored us. Who knows. But I went to 47th and Broadway and Lance at the window was very nice and treated us with the utmost respect of customer service. Won't be back to this location and I dont recommend others...

My partner gets off around 11pm every night. And every night that he decides to get Taco Bell from this location they say at the drive thru that their systems are down and they’re only accepting door dash orders. My partner called me and asked me to make a DoorDash order while he was sitting in the drive thru and there was one truck in front of him. When he got to the window the guy working said that he already gave our door dash orders away to someone in a van. And I was on the speaker phone saying he was lying because there was literally a truck in front of my partners car and then my partner. No other cars can cut them in line at the drive thru and their lobby was already closed. The employee was trying to say they weren’t going to make our food because it was “picked up by someone else already” when there were only two cars in the drive thru!
