I really hate to be leaving a review like this, but I've had one too many negative experiences with this particular location and my most recent one takes the cake. I enjoy Domino's products and don't mind minor mistakes here and there, but in my history of ordering from this location they've been notorious for forgetting extra dips, dressings, etc. that I've added to my order. The first few times this happened I simply reported the error and got reward points for it, but it happened so regularly that I eventually stopped bothering to order extra items at all. This was never a huge issue to me because I have plenty of my own sauces and dressings to use if I need to. What has been really frustrating about this location is that they seem to have an INCREDIBLY HARD TIME finding my apartment. I live in the Silver Springs/Raintree/Newport area and each complex is pretty clearly labeled with signs. That hasn't stopped drivers from this location on multiple occasions calling me because they either can't find my apartment or because no one's answering the door. Of course, I've gone outside (again, this has happened on multiple occasions) and there has been no driver or food in sight. Up until now they've always been able to eventually find the correct apartment or I'm able to at least steer them in the right direction over the phone. My most recent experience with them, however, was different. I placed my order around 6:20 PM. Just a few minutes later my driver called me with a quick question before heading out and said they'd arrive in about ten minutes. Quite a while later, the tracker listed my order as delivered but there had been no knock at the door and my food was not there when I checked. I called the location, explained that there are three apartment complexes in the immediate area and that drivers have gotten lost trying to find me before, and they sent me another order. I then get a call from the driver saying that they're at my door and no one's answering, but of course when I checked there was again no driver or food in sight. Before I had a chance to explain and hopefully steer them in the right direction like I have before, they're phone apparently died. I called the location back, they tried to get ahold of the driver but couldn't, the driver arrived back at the location, and they called me back pretty frustrated about the whole ordeal. When all was said and done they ended up simply refunding my order and I didn't get any food. Overall this experience lasted well over two hours. What's even weirder is sometimes the drivers have found my apartment without any issue, so I am clueless as to how and why some of their drivers are getting lost--ESPECIALLY WHEN I PROVIDE PRETTY CLEAR DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE. Again, I really hate to be leaving a review like this, and the general manager clearly did his best to be understanding with me despite getting pretty frustrated near the end and probably thinking I was pulling his leg. Unfortunately I've decided it's definitely not worth trying to order from this location again especially considering I've never had any of these issues with rival joints like Pizza Hut and Papa John's. This Domino's Pizza location is the only one I've ever had such consistently bizarre issues with and it's not worth...
Read moreWe were called AFTER "Quality Check" (approximately 2 hours after placing order that the salads were no longer available (out of stock) seems like something 2 minutes after placing the order would have been plenty of time to let us know so, we could have placed a different order. Delivery took 50 minutes after the call and we live 8 minutes away. I did not want 2 cold pizzas or sandwiches after having to change the order. Unfortunately, they were still cold. Worst experience from a domino's order that I can remember in the past few years that I can remember. I gave up on Pizza Hut and Papa John's years now. Now it may be Domino's and make my my own pizza. Thanks Robert (Local Store Manager). ADDITIONAL COMPLAINT** I will not apologize for anything I said Rochelle, there was nothing rude or hateful in our 2 minute conversation that would require it. After getting in the house the sandwich was not even cooked. The bread was just barely cooked as was the fairly raw pizza dough. The only thing we complained about was the fact it took almost 2 hours to receive a rare sandwich and fairly raw pizza along with the fact we mention 2 salads we ordered that were out of stock for the night. Along with the fact that a brand new salad was out of stock was not mentioned until the after 45 minutes was enough to make any one irate. I would suggest you contact your real boss that the 2 fake 2 employees that tried to con me in to thinking that one of them was your boss (Robert) . The fake Robert didn't even have a decent solution and charged me $15.00 for a raw bread for a Philly cheese steak ($6.99) and for a fairly rare 2 meat topping and one green pepper sandwich ($7:49) which is more that the total should have been. I also, cannot see how you could complain when we were overcharged and we gave you a %20 tip. Hope I had a job where a customer paid me more than 2 times a regular customer paid me that much and had the audacity to complain about a customer that gave you too much. If I were the real Robert (Store manager) I would find out who in fact charged me more than should have double and let your delivery driver know that %20 of a terrible order is in fact a good number and lucky they received a tip at all. I imagine their job prior to taking it out to the customer is to make sure the food was cooked correctly and then delivered. If we tipped a $0.01 to $3.00 on your delivery then I would feel the need to complain. However. receiving over %20 on an under cooked meal that was terrible you have no right...

Number one, PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE. I ordered my pizza at 10:40 PM and it wasn't done until 11:30. This is understandable since there were only two people working there - a man and a woman. The woman was walking around very slowly, not on purpose, but because she was physically incapable of moving faster. This woman fell down and I had to go BEHIND the counter and HELP HER OFF THE FLOOR. I AM LEGITIMATELY WORRIED FOR HER WELL-BEING. NOBODY WAS THERE TO HELP BUT ME. WHAT IF IT WAS AN EMERGENCY. THE OTHER MAN WAS ALSO DISABLED AND HAD ONLY ONE ARM. WHO HERE IS IN CHARGE.
Number two, after I had helped this woman off the floor (she had fallen face first, seriously, I hope she's okay), she went right back to using her BARE HANDS to build pizzas. After her hands had been on the FLOOR and after a complete stranger helped her off the ground. I finished a shift at a HOSPITAL. For the love of all that is holy AND unholy, MAKE SURE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE WASHING THEIR HANDS. PUT UP A CAMERA AND MAKE SURE THEY'RE WASHING THEIR HANDS. THEY WERE BOTH TOUCHING EVERYTHING WITH THEIR BARE HANDS.
Number three, we ordered 2 14 inch pizzas and what we got were 2 TEN INCH pizzas (see the pictures). HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO WORK BUSY SHIFTS. Not only that but the pizzas barely had any cheese or sauce on them and weren't cut very well.
My main problem is the hand washing. I'll be reaching out to management because this entire ordeal was utterly ridiculous but the lack of hand washing is absolutely disgusting. Train your employees and do better. This falls onto management. Management did a poor job training and management didn't hire enough people to work busy times.
I will not be...
