Subway — Restaurant in Wichita

First visit was good. Second visit the employee was very short. When I got to the cash register I told her I had a coupon for a $3.49 6 inch with purchase of a drink. I gave her the coupon and she immediately said she couldn’t except it. Looked me up and down and said it was probably expired anyway. There was nobody else in the store so I said I’d run out to my car and grab the whole sheet of coupons as the rest of them all said they expired 01/01/21. She rolled her eyes at me but I still went out and got them. After she saw them she handed me back my coupon and said okay and then entered in the discounted price. After I put them all back in my purse, she then accusingly asked for the coupon with her hand out (even though she gave it back to me). Not very happy with the terrible...

We came in on Sunday afternoon on 12/26/24 at around 2:20pm. It was our first time using the kiosk and the footling pretzel was on the menu but every time we went to click on it to order it would restart the kiosk and we'd after to start over. We did this twice and told the employee working that it wasn't working and could we order directly from her and she just didn't act very friendly about it. She said she would but didn't apologize for the issue and acted as if it should have been unnecessary to ask her. She walked away and didn't ask if I wanted a receipt and threw it away. Absolutely terrible service! The long haired guy with glasses they got working there is beyond rude and not good with people AT ALL and whoever the younger girl is claiming to be a “manager” is far from it. These people have NO idea what they’re doing or any idea of what customer service is. They don’t even know how to operate stuff except for connecting their device via Bluetooth to blast their music. I hate this excuse of a Subway and literally think they’re handing out positions to just about anyone these days. I feel like it doesn’t take much to work at a place like Subway but good God, these people need...
