Read moreFazoli's Caesar salads are not Caesar salads. They are small amounts of lettuce with nearly the same amount of oversized shavings of Parmesan cheese and nothing else. They never even put croutons on the Caesar salads like they are supposed to (and as stated on their website). I ordered one before finding this out. The next time, I ordered a house salad with Caesar dressing (the Italian is far too sweet, it is more like Ott's French dressing) and got a Caesar salad instead. Again with only a small amount of lettuce and oversized shavings of Parmesan. And I don't like the idea of Fazoli's, or any restaurant, putting online/phone orders on a publicly available bookshelf where anyone can take it or tamper with it. Food should be kept out of the reach of the public who didn't order or pay for it. Let the DoorDash people go to the counter and ask for the order they are there to pick up. And side orders of meatballs, et al? They put it in the main dish. That is not a side order. Side orders are served ON THE SIDE not mixed into the main dish. People this stupid do not deserve my business or yours. Don't reply to this review with an offer to "make it right". FIX THE PROBLEMS.
05/15/19 Oh, dear Lord. What part of "Don't reply to this review with an offer to "make it right". FIX THE PROBLEMS." do you not understand? Never mind. Your food isn't worth it. The meatballs and sauce at Subway are far better than what...
Read moreLove the store! The staff was friendly and the prices here are good for the level of quality of food that you get. Unfortunately, I'm leaving fewer stars because it seemed like the staff was very unhappy with our group coming in...or maybe just in general. We got our order in and our food in a decent time, but when we asked about breadsticks they didn't seem like they were able or wanting to give us some. We ordered over 10 entrees and multiple kids plates and in the time we were there at the restaurant they only brought one plate of breadsticks. This did force us to go to the bar and asked about them and being told that they were on their way we waited and waited and waited... We ended up having to go back to the bar and pick up some plates of breadsticks ourselves because no one ever brought them to the table. There were also were two parties of people and one party never even received their breadsticks for their orders at all. I hate complaining about things like this because I know they're complimentary... But it says a lot about a shop when they go out of their way to help customers and do the little things like bring them a plate of breadsticks without making it seem like it's a burden or a chore. I appreciate the atmosphere of the shop and the large area for seating of small and large groups. Thank...
