THEY ARE THE WORST!!!. The new owner and manager is rude and disrespectful. If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased 12 TYJ spring roll wrappers to make spring rolls for a funeral. When I went to roll my spring rolls, the wrappers would crack and break. I thought it was just a bad package. So, I opened another package. I had the same issue with 4 packages. I'm thinking this can't be happening. I took all the spring rolls shells that cracked and opened, and the remaining 8 package back to Lucky Market. The manager was just so disrespectful. I didn't know I was having a hell's kitchen interview. He asked me if I knew how to cook. If I knew how to use the spring roll wrappers. What I was using for the stuffing and sealing. I told him, I was using egg white to seal. Then, he proceeded to tell me that I was rolling too hard and using water. Another cashier told him he had seen this happen before. The manager just shut him up. And said, this never happens. He would only give a refund on 8 packages. Even though I brought all 12 spring roll shells in. With giving me a refund, he continued to belittle my cooking skills. Actually, Mr. Manager, yes this can happen. It's from improper storage on your part. For your information, I do know how to cook. I do know how to make spring rolls. I drove across town to another store to buy spring roll wrappers. And, they rolled and fried up perfect. As you can see from the picture below. You're overpriced and arrogant. You're attitude and custom service skills suck. You need to take a class on customer service. I rather drive across town then shop...

Read moreThey have a large variety of products to offer, however if service is as important to you as it is to me, you’d be going to the wrong place if you shop here. Very unfriendly, no employees with smiles. I was behind a fellow getting checked out, and when it was my turn the checker asks me to move to another line, which of course had people in it. While shopping I was followed and watched like I was shoving product down my pants or something. I’ve been back a few times, and it’s the same, the most unfriendly employees of any grocery I’ve shopped, which is why I give to them one...
