The service was good, she was quick and very polite. The location and inside is nice. It was clean and comfortable. The food was definitely a disappointment for us. I order the trio fajitas (chicken, steak, and shrimp). The steak was extremely chewy and had the very tough pieces. The chicken was dry. The shrimp tasted funny (I really like shrimp and this just tasted weird, I wanna say like it was dirty not sure). I also did not enjoy the seasoning on the meat and veggies. I could not place what it was but I could definitely taste lots of pepper. My husband got a burrito and he said it was just ground beef with canned cheese on top. The food is exceptional, the service fast and friendly, and the atmosphere authentic. I am a regular customer. I've tried well over half of the items on the menu, and I have never left hungry or unhappy. The steak fajitas are my personal favorite, but the chicken and shrimp are a close second. The burritos are exceptional! The Chile Verde is perfect. Not to tangy, and the pork is always terrific. I plan on trying the menudo soon. The owners never forget a face. It's ok. It's not any cheaper of other Mexicans restaurants. However, the to go orders are more expensive than others. I got the tiniest bag to go of chips and salsa. This was supposed be enough for 3 orders of fajitas, about $56 purchase. And the hot sauce I was charged 2 dollars for 2 of the tiniest containers. I mean, if I would have known I would of gone to the Mexican store and gotten one of their salsas... like more than a 100 times bigger for $2.50.
