Usually decently quick. Staff is normally pleasant. Do not trust ordering through the app for this location. My order has yet to be sent correctly, well sent at all. Even with a confirmation number in hand. Have been told by staff more than once that the app is either glitchy or overly slow at sending orders as it happens all the time. Then get told since they didn't receive the order, they did not receive the payment submitted in the app for the order and to watch my account to be sure I do not get double charged. Then, I get told I have to wait 20 mins because I am behind all the other app orders that were actually received plus the lines inside and out. I don't mind waiting on my food when go in or use the drive thru as I expect to be taken care of in the order I arrived. I don't like waiting quite awhile to get my food when I purposely pre-ordered it to be faster. And the long wait time has been during peak meal times and outside of peak meal times. I've watched them clear my order on the board between 5 and 10 miniutes and go off my receipt to keep their times down so they do not get any trouble for long wait times. Even if no one is behind you they will have you pull up to the railing by the side door to get you off the timer in the drive thru while they do the exact same thing. If you refuse to move up and state that there is no one behind you they can service if you do such, they get very rude. Always have to check the order, most particularly to see if they included any sauces you get or ask for. Drive-thru was designed horribly so it feels like a maze. Don't ask for anything not straight up listed on the menu, like a 20 piece nugget meal. Other locations will get you the 10 piece meal and add the extra 10 on the order and move on, this location tells you there is no 20 piece nugget meal and then gets confused when you then tell them to order you the 10 piece meal and add another 10 piece nuggets. You get asked at least once if not 4 times if you want them both meals, or they just make them both meals and get confused when you tell them the second 10 piece was not to be a meal. Always specify when ordering from the $2 for $2 or similar part of the menu. If you want 4 cheeseburgers, say "2 of the $2 for $2 cheeseburgers for a total of 4 cheeseburgers" otherwise you get charged more for ordering 4 single cheeseburgers or they order you 4 sets of $2 for $2 giving you 8 total burgers. Dont get me wrong, everyone makes mistakes, and can have off days. However, missing sauces and fries, and everything else I mentioned happen ALOT at this location! It feels like it's excessive even for the stereotypical McDonald's. I only still go to this location because it is closest to my home and I have been doing shopping in New Market. Plus, I have learned the lessons to avoid problems at this location, even if it annoys the staff that I double check my orders before...
Read moreAlways forget something... Sauce, straw, napkins, spoon, french fries, even entire meals on more than one recent ocassion. (Just some wonderful, prime examples as to why I have my family and friends double check our order in the bags before leaving the parking lot.. REGARDLESS of the time of day... understandable to have accidents happen when super busy during a breakfast/lunch/dinner rush, however as unfortunate as it sounds, these discrepancies have actually occured in the afternoon with one other person in line, and in the middle of the night/early morning (only customer). 🤨I clearly repeated myself twice to ensure we had clear communication, "large sweet tea." Why do I get a friggin Dr. Pepper???🤔 This has happened to me on more than one ocassion... 3 that I have counted.🤦♀️ 《UPDATE:》 the ONE time this past year that I decided to give some slack & ✔ bags at home...of course was WRONG. Forgot an entire meal and they gave me uncooked chicken nuggets that I had to trash. I filled out the survey on the receipt, gave them my contact information and checked the box on the question "is it ok if we contact you?," and the box next to "would you prefer a manager call you?," as well. I am disappointed to report that reaching out to management nor filling out the survey, has been beneficial in resolving my terrible experience nor even acknowledged it in any attempt at an apology, for that matter. I think I will just give the rest of my x-mas gift card to my brother. Just sad customer service all the way around. Will update if anyone reaches out... not keeping my 🤞,...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would! Not once, not twice, but 3 times now they have served me a raw burger!! Every time I have called and not gotten an answer! I always just take it as a loss and go on about my business. This time I took it back, and the manager did apologize and asked if I wanted another one or if I wanted my money back. Besides the point!! I wanted to let her know that serving raw meat can make people sick!! She said "we tempted them twice this evening"! That is not fixing the problem! When you go to the same McDonalds and have been served raw burger meat 3 times, obviously there is an issue! Train your cooks to quit cutting corners when cooking the meat!!! Dont let them serve this to people! This store is a lawsuit waiting to happen! Your employees are only going to be as good as you make them! Then the girl that gave me my money back was rude as hell!! Shoved the money in my hand and closed the window! So I spent an hour sitting in drive thru 2 times to try to get something to eat and then return it! This place has nose dived. Change the evening staff! Rude management and rude...
