Food was okay but didn’t begin to compensate for the terrible customer service. When I came in there was as a line of maybe 3 people in front of me, and as soon as it got up to me the woman at the counter walked away. I stood waiting for about 15-20 minutes, and in the middle of taking my order she wandered off to the back. She maybe said 3 words to me through the whole transaction, and they were all very mumbled. By the time I got my food, the couple that had been right before me in line was already leaving. I imagine you could easily get food of the same quality somewhere else for a lower price and better service. As for atmosphere, it is very standard for the area, bland ikea decor and blaring pop music that leaves you with a headache. Love this place! I could eat poke everyday! Hubby and I always get the same build your own on salad and it's so refreshing!

Update: last time I'll order over the phone for a take out order. I (always) ordered two bowls exactly the same: large salad with tuna, etc. It's usually to the lid. Picked it up and got home before I realized they were not even close to the large size. We certainly got charged for the large. Iirc, the medium bowls are supposed to be 16oz. Not even close to large... It's 9oz.

Always. You say it's by volume, not by weight but yet your sizes on your sign are listed with weight: medium-16oz and large-24oz. It's literally on your sign. I have been here so many times and each time my bowl is served differently which is no biggie. I went so much I had to stop going cause I got really tired of it, I came back about four months ago, the first time back I went to work to eat and found hair in it, gave me a refund which was appreciated cause I threw it away. Second time they forget the crab salad which wasn’t a big deal but it is my favorite part. Third time which was today, I felt like I ate rice the whole time, I tried mixing it up maybe seeing if the sauce is in at the bottom or something but it was so boring lol.
