I was attempting to pick up a door dash order for a customer. The drink was a diet cherry coke with fruit add-ons. I arrived approximately between 2:55 pm and 3:00 pm. I entered a stall and told one of the employees the name on the order. At approximately 3:08 pm I still haven't received my order. I contacted and asked how much longer for the order. I asked for an individual to come to the stall because we couldn't hear each other. One of the employees came out and I showed them the order on door dash. After some time another employee, the manager, came out and I asked what was the issue. She stated that the order went to someone else. The manager came out and stated the order was given to someone else. I asked for the order and she stated she was not going to make it. I then stated the order has not been confirmed and I needed. She stated again that she was not going to make it. I demanded the order immediately. I went to the walk in stall asking for the manager. She stepped out and gave me my order and told me to leave. I raised my voice and stated that they needed to pay attention to where the orders to go. Other fast food establishment ask to see the door dash order to verify who the order is going to. It’s 100° out here and all I wanted was a strawberry slush. Then another manager came out and at least she offered to make it right , I ended up getting a blue coconut slush, but with the unprofessional way that they handled it I’m scared to drink it, The people working on this shift don’t even seem to have the decent mentality to not do something stupid to the drink. Cons- I have stopped by this sonic 4 different times in the last two weeks at varying times of the day and night. And every time there is an issue with my order. Either someone forgets my ranch, drink, or even food!
Tonight I stopped in around 9:47 pm and ordered 6 wings w/ buffalo sauce, 3 cinnasnacks, and a med strawberry cheesecake shake order check#537, The car hop came out only with my shake, and then I asked where is my food? Then she returns with only my cinnasnacks!
I drove up to the window and waited for a minute for someone to even look at the window. And then another girl hands me my wings. So here is the real problem I have. Not only have you messed up my order multiple times tonight, but no one even said sorry.
The fact that no one pays attention and obviously doesn't care about their job is obvious. As a former sonic employee from 2005-2006 and restaurant manager, I am safe to say that with the exception of the kitchen everyone should be fired. This is obviously a culture issue at this store and I hope the owner reads this and fixes it. I'll get my shake fix at DQ...
