It's a knock off chickfila, they don't know barely anything about what normal chickfila restaurants serve and they don't know anything about whether or not they have gluten free buns (even though they did last time i went here but i didnt care to explain that to them.) They look at you with the most confused looks because they barely understand you and they have to ask multiple people questions about what a normal chickfila offers and then the people they ask don't really know anything.
Avoid if you have celiac or gluten allergies, since they are unaware of the whole thing, they'll likely gluten you if you don't mention that you can't have gluten because you assumed their fryer was like every other chickfila that is designated for fries only.
This honestly explains why I got sick the last time I went to this one. I thought it was something else that did it. Really disturbing that this place is essentially a fraud in comparison to actual chickfila establishments.
They really need to do better, it's a health hazard... if I had ordered fries which I sometimes do, I wouldn't have known they cross contaminate here until it was too late, this disease is no joke, you can send people to the hospital if you don't have this clarified somewhere. I'm lucky I don't get to that point but I do get sick in my case but others aren't so...

They are family-oriented, give away tons of free food (Google The First 100 for an example), and only seem to employ happy workers (how different from the scowling employees at other fast food restaurants!). And lastly, the food is excellent quality, and always fresh and delicious. Note that the prices, though a very fair reflection of the quality, are a bit higher than those at other fast...
Read moreChick fil a app lets you order lunch during breakfast time. It's great! You can order breakfast and lunch and pick up on the way to work so you can enjoy your full lunch break. Except the store insists they dont serve lunch during breakfast they changed the rule "several months ago" and yet when I ordered fries with my breakfast two weeks ago they said nothing. Not to mention ths app only says the lunch items will take longer, nothing prohibits the user from ordering. Anyway, theres no point in using this app or ordering from chick fil a in the future, I can get breakfast only at any...
