Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wichita

This Taco Bell has been totally renovated and opened for business in early February.

Everything from floor to ceiling, including tables & chairs, lights menu board, beverage service area and much more has been skillfully set. Finished in modern, deep, earth tones are the pallet to completely and comfortably mold your dining experience into a comfortable, hellaciously hip, style-slappin, one to watch in the race. They definitely get it going on now! Taco Bell is not messing around and they are taking this Taco Bell to a much higher standard.

I cannot end this review just yet because first, I need to tell you when you are trying to find this Bell of the Taco Ball, you will need to get those old colors out of your head or you will think somebody is playing you. You won't see that. What you will see is a brand spanking new exterior and I'm talking all of it, including the menu board with that clever sun visor so you can see all of the menu selections.

So the last two times I have had issues ordering through the App. The 1st time about 3 weeks ago I was told that I cannot pick up my mobile order through drive through because my order was too "big" and they want to have short drive through wait times. My order was $22 and had two $5 boxes and 6 tacos. I did it because my food was already paid for and it was dinner time.

Tonight I decided to give them another try, kept my order small this time, only 1 $5 box and 6 tacos. I was told at the window that they are not accepting any orders through drive through or the lobby because they had two party packs they were working on! Is this normal for a crew member to deny service to a guest because they feel they are busy?

This is highly unacceptable, I decided to spend my time, energy, gas, and hard earned money to get some food and I don't feel that this location values its guests. I was treated like an inconvenience and not even an apology was given. They made it seem as though they were doing me a favor by making the food I had already paid for!!!

I will probably have to find a new taco spot if this type of behavior is allowed to happen within...

Absolute worst place at night, I work late sometimes so it’s nice to have a place open this late. It just sucks that some of the people there are/should be old enough to act their age. They get frustrated with everyone who goes there late, every time I go, I’m always extremely nice and understanding when they might be out of something (I used to work at Taco Bell for a year), they always suggest to replace it with something else but they never do. So they charge me for replacing the item but it’s never there. I understand that they want to get out of there, but dang man. YOU HAVE A JOB TO DO JUST LIKE THE REST OF US. Some of what they’ve served me I’ve just pushed off but seriously. Like it’s so frustrating. I usually get burritos but I got a bowl and there was nothing in there they didn’t replace the beans they were supposedly out of. I ask for chicken. They say they’re out of shredded chicken. I politely told them I was talking about the regular chicken. Their words exact were “oh we have that”. Guess how much chicken I got. NONE. I feel bad for the others that get burritos because I can’t imagine how much you’ve been over charged and...
