Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wichita

I will never again order from this Pizza Hut EVER again, I only ordered with my points for some bread sticks when I picked them up they was dry hard and had no seasoning on them, so my husband called up there and the lady that was in the background said because the bread sticks sat in the warmer longer than 7 minutes that she wasn’t going to do anything about it had an attitude was really rude and didn’t care about what the problem was and she refused to give us her name and very unprofessional so we asked to speak to the manager and they put us on hold for at least 2 1/2 minutes before some guy came on saying he is the GM but also didn’t give my husband his name he also treated us like we was wasting his time and said the same thing because we picked them up and they sat in the warmer for more than 7 minutes that was basically what we get he was rude also and didn’t care to listen to us either. I can’t believe how we was treated over some bread sticks we’ve learned our lesson and will never go back to this one...

Where do i begin...??? The last several visits they have tried to charge me more... 2 visits ago they tried to overcharge me by 5 bucks... Today it was 10 bucks... I called and was on hold for over 8 minutes... When i got there i sat down for 5 minutes minutes or so because i called as i was leaving Goddard. And since i was on hold for so long i was nearly there by the time i got my order corrected...

As i sat there the phone rang and rang and 4 employees sat up front BSing around not working while the phone continued to ring... As i stood up and asked "the phone ringing??? Is that someone calling to place an order???" The manager then laughed and replied "Yes" I was outraged and informed them that i was on hold for over 8 minutes and they just stared at me cluelessly... I will drive out of my way from now on tired of the headache at this location... 47th and Broadway has had great service the one time we were inconvenienced they comped our food without us even asking or mentioning the wait...

This Pizza Hut doesn’t even deserve one star I called and placed an order at 5:19. I was told it would take 25 minutes for the delivery. At 6:09 I called asking where my order was and was told the drivers car broke down that it would be coming. Nobody said sorry nothing so I said I wanted a discount because I’m sure my pizza had been sitting there and was going to be called and asked to speak to a manager the manager Rebecca refuse to get on the phone and tried to tell me that it had only been 35 minutes and I told the lady 519 to 609 is more than 35 minutes and I would like a discount they would not give me one so I told them to keep their cold food and I would go elsewhere. I then asked for the corporate number and the DM phone number which I was given and told the DM was Michelle. I just called and left her a message let’s see if she calls me back.
