Want Bierock Company & Coffee House — Restaurant in Wichita

I'd been WANTing to try Want coffee and had time on Sat morning to stop by. It's a quaint Cafe with a decent lil menu including breakfast.. sweets and savory items. I said this was my furst visit whereupon I was offered a free fresh Cinnamon roll. I thanked her and paid for my mocha and roll... Took my number and looked for seating. There was a musician playing guitar music. Very pleasant atmosphere. Where I was disappointed is two fold. It took a lil over 40 minutes to get the mocha and Cinnamon roll... Worse though.. the mocha was not great. My biggest thing in the world is delicious coffee and Cafe's. Anyone who knows me knows I'm hooked for life. I sooooooo wanted it to be great. The Cinnamon roll was freshly made, the mocha was hot, but the coffee flavor was weak... Might be their choice of espresso or the barista not drawing good shots... Idk. I may try again but there are too many great Cafe's to not have...

Debated on stopping in, coming back from my run lol, something would not let me pass the building. When I came in I instantly recognized the worship music that was playing, then the scripture decor placed around the walls and it all made sense! It’s a hit or miss trying new coffee shops, I had a vanilla latte, with almond milk. 10/10! It was PERFECT.😋 not to sweet, not to strong. After noticing the Bible scriptures placed around, I asked if the owners are Christ followers; they are. I began to tell the lady working I plan on getting baptized within the next few weeks, after our conversation, she offered to pray for me; of course I accepted it. I did not think I would be praising Christ, mid cardio, on a Tuesday, and feeling the Holy Spirit, in a coffee shop! Whew! 🥹 Needless to say, God works in mysterious ways. My new favorite spot, I refuse to get coffee from anywhere...

Delicious BIEROCKS! You can taste the real, fresh, and HOMEMADE ingredients in every bite! You might get hooked on them lol! 🍽️ Delicious ICED COFFEES!! Toffee Nut is my favorite! Delicious CINNAMON ROLLS!! It's best to have them served warm with butter! The Cherry Limeade is better than Sonic's 100%!! Pulled pork sandwich with the bbq sauce and pickle spear is amazingly good too!!👌the entire staff are always so helpful, kind, and full of love! I've never been treated any better anywhere else and I have never found a place as blessed as this spot! Time definitely doesn't exist here! It's always a blessing to visit Want Bierock and to see all the blessed staff with their smiling faces...
