I've been eating here regularly since I moved to ICT just before Covid hit, and I must say, this place has become my hands-down favorite restaurant on planet Earth. The staff is the best, the cooks (who you can see from the kitchen if dining in) appear to have a sense of pride in the food they cook while making it, and it always comes out beyond scrumptious. Everything I have eaten has been undeniably delicious... Really, you cannot order wrong, in my experience. Great place to bring a big group--especially if there are picky eaters; they have something FOR EVERYONE. And, as I mentioned, you really can't go wrong with anything on their menu. My fam and friends who have dined with me here have never been disappointed or had a single complaint, other than the fact that this place makes any other food you'll find from someplace else seem subpar because it is so dang DELICIOUS. If you're just looking for great dessert options, they ALSO have the best bakery in town in addition to the (again I realize this is IMO) best restaurant in ICT. It's also very reasonably priced, and as a college student who commutes, it was nice being able to order a nice affordable meal after class, with lots of options to eat healthy; or to go off the rails and indulge if I wanted! They also support local artists by hanging a gallery of awesome and intriguing paintings and drawings around the perimeter of the inside walls which are available for purchase. I honestly wish I could give them way more than 5/5 stars for their service, atmosphere, FOOD, and the many great experiences and memories I have eating with those I love at the Copper Oven! This place is near and dear to my heart, no doubt. And I have zero doubts you'll feel a similar sentiment once you've dined...

Tucked away in the Indian Hills Shopping Center, Copper Oven Cafe & Bakery is a delightful surprise. This place truly has it all, serving up a massive selection of breakfast dishes, lunch specials, and dinner items. From classic diner fare to tempting pizzas and pastas, there's something to satisfy every craving.
What We Loved: The Bakery: The display case is a visual feast, overflowing with freshly baked pies, cakes, cookies, and muffins. We couldn't resist trying the orange muffin, which was perfectly moist and flavorful. The Reuben: This classic sandwich was a standout, featuring tender corned beef, tangy kraut, and melted Swiss cheese on perfectly toasted bread. The Pasta Salad: A refreshing side with a nice balance of textures and flavors. The Service: Friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. Points to Consider: Closed on Sundays and Mondays: If you're looking for a weekend brunch spot, you'll need to look elsewhere. Pasta Salad Dressing: While the pasta salad was delicious, it could have used a bit more dressing.
Overall, Copper Oven Cafe & Bakery is a fantastic local eatery offering a diverse menu and delicious baked goods. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast, a satisfying lunch, or a comforting dinner, this place has you covered. Just be sure to plan your visit accordingly, as they are closed on Sundays...

This was a big deal, even though it was 11am, so the room would surely be used and there wasn't anyone back there at that time. They grudgingly sat us where we requested. The server was wonderful, the one bright spot, but when I ordered a BLT, add turkey and cheese, it was a nearly impossible request. She had to come discuss it with me twice before putting in our order, once to tell me there was no button to add turkey, so they had to do it some other way (why do I care?), then to come show me a turkey sandwich on special with sourdough bread, swiss cheese and garlic mayo, yes, I saw it, sure, if you want to put it on regular bread, with regular mayo and cheddar cheese. Was it really that hard? A turkey sandwich? Apparently, it was horrible enough to make that after taking my first bite of a sandwich that was otherwise perfect looking, I saw the long, dark hair in the middle of the sandwich. Needless to say it went back and I went without lunch. The server was very kind, understanding and apologetic. However, no manager came out to apologize or anything of the kind. I realize the base clientele is in the over 60 category but a group of 30 something mom's should not be treated the way we were, needless to say we will...
