Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Wildomar

Food gets 3 stars because the fries were hot and salty. Service members were polite and helpful however the dining room and bathrooms were far from clean. We had to choose the table with the least crumbs to eat at and the drink bar was sticky and the floors looked like they were not mopped for a minute. A spill occured and they had napkins covering it? Ate the fries, took a couple bites of sandwich and both the wife and I agreed that if the dining room was this dirty, how clean was it in the back where we can't see? Bummed for the cool employees that are not trained to keep up with the restaurant business. The manager came out and sat in the dining room next to us with her paperwork, colored pens and kicked her feet up on the chair across from her never once doing anything about the mess around us all. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The only thing I really wanted from was an oreo shake. First off I waited 45 minutes to get to the window then at the window your employee dropped my debit card while handing it to me. She then forgot my oreo shake said you're all finished. I started driving away then realized I didn't have my shake. I went to the front door of course no one came so then I went to the window to ask for my shake that was sitting on the counter she said go wait back in the back of the line and bring your receipt. Ma'am my shake is right there can I have my shake that I paid for. No. Go to the back of the line. This women needs to calm down and needs to get training on how to handle stressful busy situations and the customer needs to get what...

Was here on a Saturday 2 weeks ago, the girl at the drive thru - giving the food, not the one who took our order, she was nice & kept apologizing for not having ketchup, salsa, diet soda-(almost everything that never runs out) but the one that literally threw our food/bags at my husband, looked like she really didn’t want to be there, upset & bad day we all still have to perform whether we like it or she doesn’t have to be there, and she didn’t give us napkins, utensils & the drink was wrong.

I’ve been to many Jack’s, some just as bad but they didn’t throw our food or try to get rid of us because we’re asking for things that she obviously didn’t give us.

I’d stay clear of this one unless you don’t mind...
