Unprofessional rude worker Just came in to pick up a take out order at 5:20pm. Don't know her name but she was the only white lady there. As I paid for the order I let her know I needed two wasabi since order was for two different people. They put both rolls into one togo box. Again order was for two different people. So I let her know that ahead of time and she just had a horrible attitude like she was being put out when I let her know this needed to be in two different boxes not one. She came back and instead of handing me the food to go she sat it on the check out counter and walked away. You are in customer service and the key is to listen which she did not in the first place. Food was not even for me. I was picking up for my coworkers. I'm making sure no one ever has to experience her horrible attitude again. I'm letting everyone I know go else...

Came in for lunch on weekend but they said it is only for weekdays and I have to pay for dinner price but the portion will be more like dinner. Lunch is $18 for chicken and tempura but $20 for dinner. Mine was chicken katsu and tempura which lunch is $18 but dinner was $24. I didn't mind because I thought they will serve me a dinner plate cuz that's what I paid but it was so little and disappointing because food wasn't seasoned and my katsu was so over fried it was very dried. Miso soup came warm and salty. We waited more then 25 minutes for our lunch but they brought the bill while we were still eating. I love sushi and Japanese cousins but this place isn't worth going back and they don't need to charge that of high price for their food because it isn't that good at all.
