Del Taco — Restaurant in Wildomar

I understand that this is Del Taco and not something that's nice to go in and have a meal. However even though the food is satis factory and it's inside of a fast food joint what atmosphere could there possibly be. But the service at this particular Del Taco happened to be what I thought was kind of poor. Here's why, the young lady that took my order was pleasant and nice and friendly so far so good but food comes out it's just a couple of stupid burritos and I get it's a Sunday you're working at Del Taco probably not something you really want to be doing but here we are. The moose that decides to throw my food down on the traiy front of me and then when I ask for some hot sauce she just reaches in the box tosses them on top of the tray and walks off. If the place was busy, I might even get that but I was the only one in the store. Again I get it, still just Del taco but just a little bit of courtesy would have been nice . I know in my business when my employees are nice to customers they come back. Sometimes service is more important than...

I love coming here. I come here everyday. I also came yesterday... GREAT customer services. Every time I come in. In-Dine its ALWAYS clean and all the employees spoke and manager spoke too. Employee Maximus took my order and he's great with a sense of humor and he also read me my order back and got my order right. I ordered the New Queso Loaded Nachos with a Large Ice Coffee. My food was nice and hot and made just right. My coffee was great. The General manager name Miriam is GREAT. I ALWAYS see her. She great. She's also great with customers and always remeber the ones that always come in and she always smiles and say thank u and have a good day. Shift Manager Jose is GREAT. He's on the line making food but also communicating with customers and the drive through.... he's OUTSTANDING. Employee Cyndee is GREAT. She talks too everybody and every time I come in she makes sure I have my Ice Coffee before I order it because she knows the kind of job I do and she's always on point with everything. GREAT customer service. I'll be back soon....

When I placed my order, I asked for fresh fries for a reason. I went to the bathroom and when I came back, the lady who I later found out was the general manager because she said she was, named. Sabrina ,told me that she had just made those fries and that I could try them and if I didn’t like them, then she’d make me some more. Well, I stated what I wanted when I came in. I saw the fries already sitting there and I chose to ask for fresh ones .I didn’t have time to do a taste test so she could put some more fries in so I just took those. I did a review and she called me immediately to tell me that she asked me to taste them first. I could not get her to understand that there was no need for her to ask me anything. I stated what I wanted upon entering the restaurant . I was not about to sit around and wait for fresh fries when they could’ve been done have they been made when I asked for it.
