I moved to this end of town a little over a year ago. When I first started going to the Starbucks I could not say anything bad about it. there was great customer service they were always friendly everything was neat and your drinks were always amazing. However and that's a big however over the last few months things have changed drastically! Half the time when you go in to order or you order through the drive-thru your barista is more worried about the other briefs is and what's going on in their life and picking your order. Then even though I'm a regular at that place and I don't expect anybody to remember my order because it is custom we could at least take care and make it right. I go in there almost on the daily and see the same people and like I said that's fine if they don't remember my order word-for-word but you would think because I'm the one funding their tip jar along with other people and paying their salary by me patronizing their store that they would care just a little enough to make my drink right! I went in yesterday after a long car ride to sit down and grade papers with my mom who is a fellow teacher we ordered our drinks and we're asking questions about their new gold star program. because I had became a gold member in 2008 I didn't remember how many stars you needed in order to achieve that status. I then proceeded to ask abrisa standing around talking not doing anything but pretending to sleep if they knew what the policy was at this point and they all basically said no we don't know you know look it up whatever and I'm like well is it written down anywhere is there any way to tell me where to find the right now we don't really know and these from Becky talking. talk to the lady at the end of the counter who was actually like sweeping which is at least productive and ask her hey because your co-workers don't seem to think my question is valid or or deserves any attention I thought I would ask you and she like oh my God I'm so sorry I'm I don't worry about it I just wanted to know and it's not important what your new policy is on how many stars it takes to become a gold card member. sugar skull I'm not sure but let me look it up for you I said oh my God thank you so much that's so nice of you she went back to the phone grabbed it started looking stuff and she doesn't want to sit down and I'll let you know as soon as I figure it out I'm like oh I think you should go see how your your legs look like they're hurting which they were and so then she came over to our table and said this is a weird policy but and then she explained it to us inside thank you for letting me get that information for you and then we went over and checked her because she was only one that really deserve to check that day. On top of that for the last three months I've been dealing with my own gold card issues no app would not let me use my stars then it wasn't adding Starz to my and then it wouldn't even let me use the money I had loaded onto it and I was getting very frustrated and all they would say was old call the 800 number or nothing really we can do and I'm like okay I like well I don't really want to pay for my drink because I have $20 sitting here which is what you know I was planning on using and also I have 785 Stars so I have plenty enough to get a free drink so if you can't help me to figure out how to use my app then maybe you can just comp.my drink because I'm getting pretty sick and tired of coming in here every day and not getting any answers so they finally did my drink and I left the store I called Starbucks yet again that the issue was dealt with came back the next day just to find out they yet again reissue was not solved. But instead of asking for a free drink I just said whenever I'm leaving I probably just going to start going to the dean I heard they're probably was better anyways. So yet again I called Starbucks and finally they got it right as far as I could use my money that was already loaded on the card I could use the Stars to get them subtracted but they still weren't loading any of...

My husband and I are not only coffee connoisseurs, but are loyal and go to Starbucks EVERY DAY. We all know these drinks arenāt cheap nor reasonable. THATāS A LOT OF MONEYā¦.feel my frustration here? We have been to MANY locations from Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, and of course California. We have come to this certain location many times because itās convenient and close to us. Every time we come here there seems to be an issue it seems. The staff is very unfriendly and seem to lack a sense of urgency. Our orders majority of the time are not what we order and we PAY for every little add on. This location needs improvement. It seems like there is a dark cloud hanging over this place. Itās dull and they donāt seem to be attentive because of the constant incorrect orders. The attitudes here are not the best either. I walk in and the person working on window signage doesn't greet me, even though he's two feet from my side. My mobile order went through on my phone but didn't print for them so now I have to go get my phone out of the car so I can show them the order. The girl at the counter tells me the other girl will help me at the register next to her, again no greeting or friendliness at all. I have to then wait while she copies the order to my cup and then wait even longer while they take care of drive thru and then my order. So my time spent making my mobile order was a waste since I basically had to go into the store (twice) to get the one drink.
