One more bite dumpling house — Restaurant in Wildomar

My older boys have been wanting to try the new dumpling restaurant near our house, so after they both won their wrestling tournament we treated them out. I was actually pretty disappointed in the experience though especially with a new business that is trying to make a name for itself. I was so excited to have a dumpling house open up and when we did finally get a chance to try it I was really extremely disappointed in the service. The food wasn’t horrible, but I would definitely not do the little piggy dumplings. The wonton soup was good but there was very little wontons and mostly broth, which was a little disappointing. Many of our selections of food was not bad, but like I said the service wasn’t all that good. They did have a boba bar and that is definitely a fun idea, but when my son ordered a strawberry boba smoothie the gentlemen was rude about it. He tried to hand it to me and I told him it was for my son and he snickered at him because it was pink. I was a little offended by the manner of how he treated my son because he wanted a pink drink. There was several other offensive things and just the way they treated you was really off, as if we are an inconvenience. There was several sarcastic rude comments made throughout our time there that made us feel as if they didn’t really care and just wanted to turn tables to make money. Unfortunately, this is quite sad as the food wasn’t horrible, but it isn’t great either in order to get away with being rude. I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years now and I was really disappointed in the way this newly opened restaurant behaved and would just advise to treat your customers like royalty or at least like human beings, not a cash cow. Opening your business can be an amazing thing, but if your rude people aren’t going to come back and you’ll loose your steady income and in turn your business. I did think long and hard about how I would rate this establishment because the food wasn’t horrible and neither was the atmosphere and I am always trying to give new businesses the benefit of the doubt, but the way your treated a paying customer was just to overwhelming to me to give them anything more than I have. Our table ordered a variety of dishes including Pork Xiao Long Bao, Cantonese BBQ Pork Bun House Special, Fried Chicken Wings, Beef Fried Udon with Black Pepper Sauce, and Roe Mushroom Shrimp & Pork Shumai.

The standout favorite was undoubtedly the Roe Mushroom Shrimp & Pork Shumai, which was bursting with flavor. The Beef Fried Udon also impressed with its delightful taste and texture. The classic dumplings were solid and enjoyable, adding to the overall satisfying meal.

We arrived shortly after they opened on a Saturday, and by the time we left, the restaurant was buzzing with patrons. Despite the high-quality food and service, the meal was surprisingly affordable. With three people at the table, we found it to be great value for money.

I am from LA where the food is significantly better. Sorry to say- but it just is. I don’t give 5 stars often because there is really nothing in this area I ever “crave” because it’s THAT good. But I’ve Been wanting to try this place since it opened and it did not disappoint ! After eating here I will definitely crave the noodles! We came here for lunch and got seated immediately. The vibe inside is bright and clean. Me and my bf shared the shrimp and pork dumplings. They were really yummy and had a whole mini shrimp inside ! We also shared the black pepper udon noodles which had great flavor. We split the pork soup dumplings as well. The dough was thin and the filling was delicious ! Lastly we got the tropical fruit boba and the milk and brown sugar boba. The fruit in the tea was a beautiful touch to a delicious drink ! The brown sugar was more rich but just as delicious. We will definitely be back...
