I feel compelled to share my recent experience. I had previously enjoyed this restaurant and recommended it to friends, but my return visit was shockingly disappointing.

To start, the service was inattentive at best. Our server, Lesly, seemed far more interested in her cellphone than in attending to our table. The food, unfortunately, didn’t redeem the service. We ordered the ceviche expecting the bright, fresh flavors I remembered. Instead, the fish was undercured, borderline raw, and lacked the tang and seasoning that define a good ceviche. To top things off, the piña colada I ordered was so cloyingly sweet it could have easily passed as a dessert, not a cocktail.

I recently visited El Boulevard, and I’ve got to say, the experience was next-level thanks to two incredible team members—Luis and Leslie!

Let’s start with Luis, the bartender. This guy is a magician behind the bar! The drinks he whipped up were absolutely amazing—each one was crafted to perfection. I asked him for something refreshing, and he delivered a cocktail that was nothing short of spectacular. Seriously, the best drinks I've ever had in my life!

Now onto Leslie, the server. She had that upbeat energy that instantly made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made sure my dining experience was seamless. Leslie's attentive yet laid-back approach made me feel like I was hanging out with friends rather than just being served.

I just took my daughter and her 4 friends for her birthday dinner, she wanted to have a nice dinner with her friends for her birthday. Upon picking them up they informed me that it took 1 1/2 hours to get their food and they were serving others who got there later before them. They did not ask the girls if they wanted refills till the absolute end and were laughing at them. Now this is extremely frustrating because they are 15 / 16 year old girls and the WOMAN waitresses were the ones being nasty to them. I am beyond disgusted and so very disappointed In their behavior towards the kids. This was supposed to be a special night for my daughter and they ruined it. How could grown women be so nasty to children SMH it really be your own people. I will never go back there and will advise others of the horrible service...
