Outsiders Inc — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre

We celebrated a surprise Birthday here and the trays of wings I ordered were piping hot and delicious!!! The service and gratitude from the Bar owner and staff made us feel very welcome. This bar got a bad rap for awhile when they were leasing it out, but their has been a big change in things there. This was my 3rd time here for a party and every time we had a very nice time. Their patrons, bartenders, and staff are very friendly, and inviting. Its good to see that some of these past bars are making a great come back! They sell food if your hungry, and there is plenty of parking in the parking lot...
