I paid for a Queen Size Mattress priced at 185.49 at the kingston/ Edwardville location. I was assured it would be held for me by employees before purchasing the queen size mattress until I returned to pick it up. I was told all I would have to do is keep and show my receipt upon return. After returning and showing my receipt to the employee for pickup. Prime Bins employees denied holding the mattress stating they don't hold mattresses once purchased. When the only reason I purchased the mattress at the time, was because I was assured by the employees that the mattress would be held. Prime Bins management made no effort to resolve the issue or correct the situation. After two to three weeks of showing up leaving my phone number for management to contact me, which they never did. Once I finally spoke with someone from management, I still wasn't provided the mattress I purchased, because management said there was no way to prove whether or not I'd already pick up the mattress. Instead I was offered a discount to just purchase another queen size mattress. Seriously the stupidity of the thought alone just made me furious, like why would I buy another Queen size mattress if I already paid for one I didnt receive. Personally I feel like Prime Bins Management could have done more like check there inventory and purchases on queen mattress for that particular month. Instead I was never provided the Queen size Mattress I purchased and denied a refund as well, after showing proof of purchase. I'm still furious till this day as a result of this dishonesty, swindling, and deceit. I will never step foot into another Prime Bin establishment to...

I always enjoy shopping at Prime Bins in Wilkes-Barre, PA! The staff here are extremely friendly, thoughtful, and outgoing. They keep the store very clean and welcoming, which makes every trip enjoyable.

Special recognition goes to the managers, Dijon and Aaliyah. They do a fantastic job of organizing their staff and making sure everything runs smoothly. They are professional, approachable, and very knowledgeable in their field.

The staff are also very caring, understanding, and mindful of shoppers’ goals—they really make the experience better. I also appreciate the recent improvements, such as additional bins and more tables, which have created more space and made shopping more comfortable. Plus, I always find great items at amazing prices!

The only downside I’ve experienced is with customer behavior on Friday and Saturday mornings when big specials are running. Unfortunately, some customers can be very disrespectful, cutting in line, bullying others especially in their language, and even using intimidation tactics. It creates chaos outside and takes away from the otherwise great shopping experience.

For this reason, I strongly recommend adding security or more structured line management on special sale days (especially Friday and Sunday mornings). It would ensure fairness, safety, and a much more enjoyable shopping environment for everyone.

Overall, Prime Bins is a great place to shop with wonderful staff and management, but I hope they address the crowd control issue...

Im retracting my review. We bought 9 mystery boxes and all of them had literal garbage in them. Like I am talking empty boxes, bags, metal tubing mostly from random shelving. Tons and tons of mismatched hardware from various household items that weren't even in the box, just the hardware. There was nothing in all 9 boxes that was worth even a dollar. They should be embarrassed packing those mystery boxes with actual garbage. I filled up so many trash bags to throw out for garbage day. I am completely disappointed AND bad business getting people to buy these mystery boxes filled with garbage and useless parts. There were also heavily soiled items like a broom/mop head which was absolutely disgusting. They also had various very used items such a broken cords, charger, and cables. The amount of cords in the bottom of these boxes was insane and all of them were to items not even in any of the boxes purchased. Bad business and poor waste of money. We paid $75 for 9 boxes of actual garbage and I am not happy to say the least. All the garbage pictured came out of these boxes. As soon as my mom opens hers up and sends me a picture of what's in her boxes to also post here so people can see the actual garbage Amazon has packed in all these mystery boxes. Every single one was filled with completely useless items. Everything was 100% BROKEN and unusable. Amazon replied to other comments saying the try to toss 1 or 2 things worth the box of garbage but it...

If i could give 0 stars i would . If you buy pallets it’s completely not worth it . Most of the stuff is broken or half pieces . Spent a little over $200 and got maybe 4 decent items . The rest will go right in the trash . Especially when the workers specifically help you take the “best packed pallets” and lie right to your face . Got a $150 pallet and a 2 for $40 pallet . Absolutely not worth it at all . Completely disgusted .

Was very impressed to see this store. The items are nice. Shoes brand new. Food products for $1 amazing. Shoe selection priced set. Nice that each day reflects a different $ amount for items. Great way to save. A bin full.of wigs🤑$9 or 5 sometimes. Amazing snow boots $10. Great things are spaced out inside. Plenty of natural light. Have to take your time to look, some items the boxes are open and items removed.
