I'd like to start off by saying the wings are one of the best in Pennsylvania, hands down. That being said, the dress code that is enforced on the patrons is ridiculous. I can't comprehend how a dive bar, in SOUTH WILKES-BARRE, that has craters the size of the moon in their parking lot is requesting individuals to dress to a specific standard or they will demand that you leave. The location is one health code violation from closing, but they DEMAND you not wear anything but jeans.
