KFC — Restaurant in Wilkinsburg

I stopped here at 230 on a Thursday. One other car in the drive thru. Not busy. The man taking my order wasn’t rude per se but he wasn’t friendly either. I ordered the 8pc bucket with the sides. I wanted different sides than mashed potatoes and coleslaw but wasn’t given the opportunity to say that. When I pulled up to the window the girl was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even look at me. I said thank you twice and she never even acknowledged my existence. I always try to be super nice bc you never know what someone is going through. But dang! I don’t even think she looked in my direction once. She told me the total and that was it. As for the food, it wasn’t good. And I know kfc is fast food but this just wasn’t good at all. Rude service, women actually used a word that was four letters and started with an f on with me and called me a white slang term. I guess if I or another white person would have called her anything she would have tried to deep fry us. The entire resurant was filthy, absolutely filthy. Food on the table, walked into the restroom and right back out and went up the street to another place. When the friends, four and I reserved it food. Three of us ordered number 10s two spicy other crispy. Different sides, they were all mixed up and not marked. When I payed for the order with my card. The cashier tried to give me cash back. I should have taken the cash, but KFC really should look into this place. It's a dump and the employees are terrible scum who are embarrassing to the term human as is there...

This has got to be the worst kfc in Pittsburgh! Bad service, very bad food, soggy chicken, never thought I'd open my food up to soggy chicken and they get mad if you complain about it. Can't spend my money where it's not appreciated, it's too hard ta come by. And the facility is filthy! How is floor greasy in the eating area? And I was there when they dropped someone's drive thru order on the floor, 2 people stepped over it to keep working, 1 person put it back in bucket in bag and gave it to the drive thru lady.
