Full disclosure: I had an issue with a cake that I ordered from this bakery— it was really dry and not at all what I was expecting. To my surprise, one of the fantastic owners reached out to me and was determined to fix the problem. My husband and I picked up our new cake today and we’re so happy with it. Sturdy, moist cake and light buttercream icing that isn’t too sweet and complements the cake perfectly.

We couldn’t be happier with the service that we received, and I’m very grateful to have such a cool small business to support. Their staff is always really kind and happy to help. In addition to the cakes, you should make sure that you get their savory options— the egg sandwich is great, and the cheddar and chive scones are amazing.

stopped in for the first time today because one of the coaches at my gym was raving about their focaccia... turns out friday is focaccia day, good to know! i bought a scone & took it and my small latte home, the latte was fine & ordinary, the cranberry walnut scone was DIVINE. big fat soft cranberries, not those shitty little dried ones you get in salad packs, whole roasted almonds inside the scone, shredded toasted almonds on top, and the texture was PERFECTION. delicately crispy on the outside and soft & light & fluffy and dare i say even moist on the inside, not a dried out mess that you have to slather with sugary icing on top like most places do to get their scones vaguely edible. anyway i was so astonished by the scone that here i am on google shouting about it. it was INCREDIBLE. i bought some biscuits too. i'll...

My last post actually happened a while ago and I forgot to post it!!! Well this post is about how nice, polite, and efficient, BB and Burr is, and runs,!!!! These guys are so very generous. For 2 years in a row now they have donated a specialty cake to Three Rivers business alliance, and Three Rivers business Alliance foundation, for fundraisers that we hold annually!!!
