A few months ago I ordered the Chicken Parm Pasta dinner as I normally did. It comes with bread and salad. I told the woman who took my order to hold the salad because I’m not going to eat it. She says ok then I have to ring it up differently. I’m on the phone not sure why she has to ring up my dinner order differently all because I didn’t want the salad but ok. She tells me the total and tells me about 45 min it’ll be ready. Cool! I drive to get my food. I pay, grab my food and leave. I get home (live 5 min away) and open the bag and my food doesn’t look like how it normally looks. My Chicken Parm dinner came with spaghetti noodles with shredded cheese on top. On top of the shredded cheese was cut up chicken pieces with Mariana sauce and shredded cheese on top. Definitely not how I’ve gotten my dinner before. I’m livid!! I call and complain and the woman tells it’s the ways she rung it up on the system. Miss! I did not ask you to ring it up no other way than how a chick Parm pasta is supposed to rung up. I simply did not want the salad! That was it. I take the food back and get a refund. I look at my receipt and the woman rung me up for a side of noodles with extra cheese and a chicken breast with Mariana sauce! 🤦🏾‍♀️ I get my refund and leave! Fast forward to today...I call to place an order. The woman says “can I have your name” I tell her my name. She then reads my phone number off to me. I say yes i
