ā 1 Star ā Poor Service, No Accountability, and Disappointing Outcome
I had a very disappointing experience at Salvatoreās Pizza today. I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and half mushrooms, but what I received had mushrooms on nearly three-quarters of the pizzaāonly 2 out of 8 slices were without them.
When I brought this to the cashierās attention, she insisted it was made correctly. I had to reiterate my concern and physically count the slices that did not have mushrooms to show that only 2 out of 8 were plain.
The cook came out, looked directly at the pizza, and still claimed it was āhalf mushrooms,ā despite the clear discrepancy. I requested either a remake or a partial refund due to a stomach sensitivity. I was told that only the supervisor could handle that, but she was on break.
When the supervisor returned, she informed me that Salvatore had denied the remake, stating that I āwouldnāt be happy with that.ā
Trying to reach a fair compromise, I asked to purchase a small pizza with the same toppings for my mother, who the original pizza was for. That request was also denied.
My mother was understandably disappointed that she didnāt receive what she asked for. I made every effort to resolve the issue reasonably, without waste, and in consideration of rising food costsābut ultimately left with nothing.
Salvatoreās lost the $22 from the original order, the $11 I was prepared to spend additionally, and most importantly, a loyal customer. The lack of accountability and refusal to correct a clear mistake reflected very poorly on the business.
I hope this review encourages better customer service and more thoughtful management...

Definitely not how Iāve gotten my dinner before. Iām livid!! I call and complain and the woman tells itās the ways she rung it up on the system. Miss! I did not ask you to ring it up no other way than how a chick Parm pasta is supposed to rung up. I simply did not want the salad! That was it. I take the food back and get a refund.
