Guilli's Authentic Mexican Cuisine — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

I’ve been going to this restaurant since they opened, as a lifelong Wboro resident I’ve told everyone about the food and the service I received today shocked me. The level of unexceptional it was enough for me to ask for a refund and leave without anything. As long as I’ve been going I’ve ordered the taco special with 2 of 1 taco and 1 of another. Today I was told that I wouldn’t be able to order that because they don’t make 1 taco. Which is fine, but to be treated and talked to as if it never happened and I was being untruthful about my experience really was unsettling. I was then asked what I wanted on the tacos as if the menu doesn’t clearly state what comes on the tacos. Hello, I want what it says it comes with, minus cilantro, again, what I’ve ALWAYS ordered from here. I also asked for a side of sour cream and that was missing and the owner remarks that I didn’t ask. Again sending me over the edge, because if she didn’t hear me, fine. But to insinuate that I didn’t order what I KNOW I ordered is crazy. Order comes out sans the rice and beans that I’ve always ordered as well. She explains how that I should’ve ordered the taco “special”.🙄 I guess today was the day she neglected to ask me if I wanted the special. Overall I’m extremely disappointed in the level of service from a place that had become one of my favorites. Especially when this could’ve been rectified with a little bit of kindness since they weren’t giving me food. I am a paying customer. Needless to say I won’t be going back and I will make sure that I tell everyone in Willingboro that I know not to patronize this business either unless the want a poor customer service experience. Items Ordered: -Chips & Pico de Gallo -Burrito de Pollo -Papas Fritas -Tacos Al Pastor -Empanadas de Pollo -Ensalada de la Casa -Enchiladas de Pollo (para llevar) -Sopes de Pollo (para llevar)

Pros: -Delicious food with friendly service. -Salsas are tasty and have amazing flavor. -Chips y Pico was fresh, delicious, and more than enough for two people. Comes w/ salsas roja y verde -Tacos Al Pastor (3 tacos per order) is perfectly seasoned and is served with Pineapple. -Empanada is literally one huge empanada that lightly fried with a delicious crunch. Served with a small side salad. -Burrito is substantial with quality ingredients and quite tasty. Enough for two servings. -House salad is fresh, served with a hearty piece of garlic bread and is more than enough to share. -Enchiladas are served with rice and beans, scrumptious, and enough to share. Chicken was very tender. -Sopes are light and bursting with subtle flavors. They warm up wonderfully with eggs for breakfast! -Every item is fresh and made to order. -Super busy restaurant, but the quality and service do not suffer. -Really good portion sizes. Was craving Mexican food and this place came up first in my search being closest to me with delivery. Delivery was within the specified time and the driver was polite and professional.
