Went there recently with coworkers. I had kind of a mid experience in the past with their quesadillas one time because they had used kind of crappy cheese, but this time it was absolutely delicious and it notably used completely different cheese than before. The staff is incredibly friendly, but I have to rate three stars because the menu prices aren’t accurate. I’m pretty strapped for cash because of the holidays, so I ordered something very very small, which was just a quesadilla and a drink. The price listed on the menu for a quesadilla was only 4 dollars, but when I got my bill it was priced at nearly 11 dollars, making my total 16 dollars for a very small quesadilla and a drink. I don’t wanna be that guy or anything, and I know it’s not the staff’s fault so I didn’t complain or anything, but they should really update their menus so that people know what they’re going to be paying before they get the bill, because for people in my situation, that five dollars can sometimes be the difference between eating dinner later that night or going hungry. That said, I have extreme food sensitivities that the employees were really understanding of and accommodating towards, which I appreciated a lot because a lot of times restaurant staff in a small town like this will get frustrated with me making odd requests for the food or plate to not contain garnish etc. and that kindness doesn’t go unnoticed.

Traditional Mexican food at its best. This was my first visit here. Took another reviewers advice and ordered a chile relleno in spicy sauce on the side and that was great advice, it was outstanding! Please support this long time local restaurant. I will return again and again.

We cleaned our plates here, hands down some of the best mexican food we have had. They dont seem to serve liquor here, but their wine margarita still tastes just like a margarita. They also have a good assortment of beers. Just beware they have large portions, I ordered one tomatillo chicken enchilada and with the toppings it took up most of my plate. My partner got a burrito and it was big enough he couldn't eat it with his hands. We read other reviews about this being a local favorite and I...

The service was decent... but unfortunately the food was not... super burritos were bland... when the fish tacos arrived I smelled my burritto to make sure that wasn't the rotten smell... lucky for me it was my girlfriend's taco (no pun intended)... the flautas fell apart and the chicken was dry... the nachos were made with gas station quality nacho cheese instead of real cheese.. I don't know how this place got such great reviews... maybe we came in on rotten fish...
