My friend and I stopped in town from San Jose after a day trip for a bite to eat and when I was googling places, Hatake Farm Kitchens popped up. The place was kinda hard to find (it's behind the Pub) but I was very happy I found it. A chef came out when she saw us and was super sweet - she gave us recommendations both from herself and the owner. We ended up getting several rolls and a few Smoked Salmon onigiri and I will say everything was absolutely delicious, especially the rice and pickled side dishes. You can tell the chefs care and put a lot of effort into making sure the food is amazing and the prices are very reasonable and affordable for the amount you get! Read moreGood food, really just the tuna everything else is pretty mid, just unreliable dining option living rurally which is just pretentious and inconsiderate. Planned take out around hours pulled off in Willits everyone picked what they wanted went to press pay, an hour before they close, and they stopped taking orders. This is why we just spend money when we go out of town.
