Erbert and Gerbert’s — Restaurant in Willmar

This was our first time at the restaurant. The restaurant is connected with Taco John. You can enter at either entrance to the restaurant. Seating is very limited and close together. The restaurant is meant for takeout. Restaurants similar to this, we are able see our sandwich being made. That is not the case here. This restaurant has the sandwich making counter off to the side. The food was mediocre at best. The sandwiches were fine, except they put mayonnaise on everything. The soups seemed water down. The soup seemed to be more broth than ingredients. Poor customer service. Refused to serve me food. Rude employees and rude managers! I am reporting this store to corporate because they have gone down hill since Mary left and they need to be retrained in customer service! That is no way to treat an old employee and a very frequent customer! I hope you all get in trouble or at least the rude lady I spoke with tonight gets fired! I'll bring my money else where! I called and placed a delivery order today. I spoke with someone. They did not get my order right. I received a half apollo so thin that a poptart had more gurth than. I am super hungry so i ate it but geesh this was the most expensive poptart i have ever purchased. It did however give the girls in the office and I a good laugh.
