I recently left the drive thru 15 minutes ago And the lady who seems to be shift manager was very rude and was rushing us to leave the drive thru because she was focused on her timer. While rushing us she was forgetting to give us our ice coffee, didn't even give us a cup holder since we had 3 drinks in total and she gave me the wrong change, didn't give me my 35 cents but if we were missing 35 cents they wouldn't let us slide. If you know, you know. My brother was upset because she had an attitude and still had the nerve to rush us out the drive thru & repeatedly stated "bye bye bye". As a "shift leader" or even as an "employee" she should have respect for us as much as she was given respect. I was here yesterday as well and the drive thru employee who was there his name is Jose was very nice & respectful. Different days different employees.
