Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Willowbrook

I recently left the drive thru 15 minutes ago And the lady who seems to be shift manager was very rude and was rushing us to leave the drive thru because she was focused on her timer. While rushing us she was forgetting to give us our ice coffee, didn't even give us a cup holder since we had 3 drinks in total and she gave me the wrong change, didn't give me my 35 cents but if we were missing 35 cents they wouldn't let us slide. If you know, you know. My brother was upset because she had an attitude and still had the nerve to rush us out the drive thru & repeatedly stated "bye bye bye". As a "shift leader" or even as an "employee" she should have respect for us as much as she was given respect. I was here yesterday as well and the drive thru employee who was there his name is Jose was very nice & respectful. Different days different employees. As a result, I didn't like that ladies attitude and since I don't know her name, I hope the manager takes action and has her control her attitude it was 1:45pm 7/14/2024 and the register was under the name of Edwin. Cleanest bathroom I've ever experienced at a Jack in the Box. All other locations, for some reason or another, have the most disgusting restrooms I have ever been so unlucky to explore. Come on Jack in the Box, have you no experienced management that take your restaurants seriously ? Don't you have some kind of chain in command that trains , supervises, and then monitors your restaurants ? Tuesday morning around 4am the skinny girl with glasses was too busy texting on her phone, I asked for a coke with my combo and she gave me a orange juice, also made me wait longer for system update when she said she would come out and call me back in.I also didn’t get a receipt so I don’t know if she charged me the correct drink and finally when she gave me my order the bag was practically thrown at me she caused the bag to rip..all she did was offer another bag and no apologies.
