Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The Male worker that works the night shift has constantly lies and says that their machine stopped working at 11:30 so that they don’t have to serve people anymore until 12 PM. The woman was literally taking my order and she then proceeded to go quiet just for a man to answer and say that the machines are no longer working. Keep in mind this has happened three times in the last couple of times I’ve come!! What these people are doing is their closing early so that they don’t have to take orders and lying about the machines going out I quickly went to the nearby other Taco Bell, which actually had hot food and surprisingly their machines were working… this Taco Bell definitely needs to be internally investigated. Taco Bell is run by a bunch of unprofessional low effort workers. Keep in mind they’re losing money for you every day because they’re literally sitting here closing early and trying to justify it. Wasting Customer’s time, gas and money because they don’t wanna service them ….I’ll be writing to corporate as well because it’s getting ridiculous every time I come there at night all of a sudden their machine isn’t working,...

This place has really gone downhill. I first came here back in 2014 because its on my way home from work. Everything was fine until they installed that order kiosk and the service steadily went south after that. The kiosk is really convenient but when my order is ready, I have to remind them most of the time that my order came with a drink. Today was particularly bad. Had to remind them they forgot my drink. Had to tell them to turn on the soda dispenser so I can get soda and discovered they no longer provide napkins so AGAIN i had to visit the cashier for napkins! I like Taco Bell but I am willing to drive a few extra miles to avoid this one. Oh! And the drink dispenser is...

One of the male staff members while asking for some salsa packets threw the packets inside the guard window and then walked away while I was talking to him. Subsequently, he did the same act to another woman in line that was asking for a straw for her drink. He turned his back on her as well.

Customer staff informed me that due to the lack of staff they “have no time to listen to customers” when they request anything after they put in their order, ex. Salsa, extra food, napkins. Avoid eating inside this establishment, they were upfront and told me that they’re too busy to talk to customers. This is THE WORST customer service I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant ever....
