So here it is the absolute worst experience ever from a pizza place, let me explain. We have ordered from this location for over a year or more for delivery. Every order up until this past two were okay. However on yesterday my sister received a pizza with less than the usual amount of mushrooms she orders double mushrooms all the time. But in this situation they weren't the correct amount for paying extra. so we went up to the location in order to explain our situation and to offer to pay even three times the amount for triple the mushroom if indeed this is the double amount that you offer. After a lengthy conversation about how my sister enjoys the pizza and she had been ordering from this company for over a year or more and even offering to pay three times the amount for triple mushrooms not double after my sister explained her situation in a really calm respectful voice the aquiline asp manager possibly the owner came and told my sister that if she does not like the mushrooms and the amount that she does not have to order from his location again I was standing there and total disbelief I could not believe that he would try and provoke someone that's just simply explaining how they weren't pleased with their order in the most Pleasant manner. After hearing his response response to the customer complaints I couldn't help but to ask or to explain to him that most times the customer is always right and it is not a problem to add more mushrooms on a $10 Pizza retail that you probably paid a grand total of $4 to prepare so instead of him correcting this situation he he opted to do the most racist hateful thing in the book The total opposite of good business practice and told this polite lady that she could not have her Pizza her way even if she paid for it.
Please do not buy anything from this location he is a very hateful person. And he should take his business back on the other side of Gardena or Torrance....

Your comment claims that we are shady and were trying to force you to give us your pin. First of all if you're going to make a claim please tell the whole story or just do not comment a one sided situation. Our cashier clearly let you know before hand that our EBT machine was malfunctioning and in order to input your pin we had to not extend the cable. Because from what I saw you tried to paying for your food with an EBT CARD. You could correct me if I'm wrong. And the cashier continued to let you know all she had to do was swipe the card and her hands were facing you while she would put your pin. That way you wouldn't get the wrong idea. Then that you tried to come inside our cashier area which is strictly prohibited by the food and sanitation for your safety and our insurance purposes. You refused to comply with the situation and it was 100% acceptable and you had every right to protect your information and we understand. And you left. Or so I thought when I seen you walk right back in and pay with your debit/credit card. I can't understand where your comment came from if you came back and purchased your pizza with no problem. What baffles me is then you decide to hurt our business by fabricating a story that the only people effected is us. As a business with more than 30 years experience we take these accusations seriously and hope that we meet your expectations everytime you visit us but if this is what you think of us I apologize and have to thank you for the time that you were our customer and just bid you a great day and hopefully at other locations that you are treated with kindness and great customer service as we...
Read moreBest pizza on earth since I was a little boy in the 90s. And I have been damn near all the states in America and the best pizza restaurants in NYC don't even come near to Pizza King. The taste has remained consistent over the years: well seasoned meats, PREMIUM MOZZARELLA CHEESE that STRETCHES when you PULL a SLICE APART, a slight sweet taste to the dough - but the dough use to be thicker back in the day, like the pizza at Pizza King use to have those famous dough bubbles on the crust and the crust was way thicker and softer back in the 90s and 2000s, I hated crust on pizza but Pizza Kings dough for the crust part was so soft and sweet you could eat a entire slice crust and all and as a kid when they had the fountain soda machines I use to dip the crust in my coca-cola or strawberry soda when they had those XL cups (and to think about it they had XL pizzas here too) 😂😂😂 man the dough was so fluffy it would absorb the soda like nothing and it taste so good. Other than the crust that's the only inconsistency about Pizza King, otherwise no Pizza compares to it. I had a few runner ups, like a Jets Pizza that use to be in Memphis TN, and this NYC Pizza shop that use to be in South Beach Miami. I give them 9/10 but Pizza King is a 12/10 it's...
