I'm not sure what happened here with our visit to Dino's. Our waitress seemed to be friendly enough, but a bit annoyed with something. I presented 2 birthday coupons, which were sent to us from them for a free meal, up to $13 value each. I wanted to double check with her that they were okay to use for lunch time. So, sure, no problem. Our party of 3 were super courteous and not demanding, so I'm stumped. We ordered the spinach & artichoke appetizer, which was some of the best I've ever had. That arrived quickly. Our entrees, however, that's another story. We noticed that 3 tables that came in long after us ALL got served before we did. It was a solid 35+ mins before we were served our entrees. My guess is that someone forgot about us or that they just didn't give a damn because of said coupons. Our waitress also didn't clear our table, let dirty plates stack up and could care less about drink refills. I was on the verge of saying something, but refrained from making a scene. It's a shame, too, because the food was excellent. However, we did nothing to warrant that kind of lackluster service. I hope they're happy to know that we will never go back there again. I'll be sure to let others in the local Italian community know about it, as well. Save that treatment for some SOB who deserves it, not us.

You get a very homely feeling when entering this place. For me, all the food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. The rolls come out fresh and warm. Recommend the spinach and artichoke dip for multiple reasons: dip is creamy with great flavor, the bread to dip it with is toasted so well and has a buttery garlic parm flavor. My order was the combo of chicken piccata and eggplant parm. I chose side salad with side of penne. The portions are WELL worth the $21 as you can see in the picture. Flavor is amazing in the lemon butter chicken not to mention the meat is moist and sauce on eggplant was super fresh. The reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars even though my food was spot on was his food was not. He ordered a steakburger and asked for medium rare thinking probably would come out medium and it came out way over done and charred to where he didn't even eat half. Plus maybe it was the end of the night and our waitress was tired, but she wasn't too friendly and we felt like a bother to her for coming in at 7pm. I will 100% come back though for the food since no complaints with mine! For all of our food it came out to slightly over $48 before tip. I feel like that's great for how much food we got AND with an appetizer in there.

With its stark whit walls and no decor at all. Plastic table covers, Dino's in Willowick reminds me of my grandmother's kitchen. Amid Covid, I wonder what the dinning room would have felt like. Tables spacious little to no customers. The spinach and artichoke dip served with grilled bagettes made with more cheese than anything. Main dish consisted of Chicken Picata and Lasagna with a side of Spaghetti and Marinara sauce. My server Lynn was very attentive & really friendly. Dining alone sucks, but I dont mind it...Dino's would be a place I come back with a friend, male or female..

I was given a referal to try the family dinner specials they offered. Wow. I was not disappointed. I purchased 2 family meals as dad was having company and grown men seem to eat alot, ensuring I had enough.I could have gotten 1 honestly. The portions were large, food fresh and hot. I got meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn with rolls....the guys said as good as grandma's! Potatoes creamy and corn tender.I need order side gravy next time cause I like to dip my meatloaf as I eat and though there was gravy I felt needed a side of it. Meatloaf dinner was a 🏆 winner. I also purchased chicken parmesan with pasta. Came with fresh crisp salad ( olives, tomatoes on top), dressing and tools with butter. I added croutons to salad myself for added punch. I must say the pasta cooked perfectly not mushy at all.It had just right amount of sauce and came small container parmesean cheese. Then I tried chicken I am going to say.. Omg This is the best..hands down chicken park I have Ever tasted. It melts in your mouth it's so tender and juicy no knife was needed. The chicken was complimented with sauce and cheese making it a party in my mouth. This meal was finished off with Apple pie homemade from Patterson's fruit farm. Just enjoying a little slice of heaven warmed with cheddar cheese and scoop Ice Cream. Dino's is by far a rare find. If take out is this good I am going to have to try going inside and enjoying a meal. 1-5 It gets a...
