Read moreI went to Banh Sai for the first time, and 3 days later, I was back. I am hooked! While menu offerings are limited, they are delicious. My new favorite sandwich in Wilmington is the Kano, which is like the honey pepper pimento from Chick-fil-A, but it is better and actually existed first! I was impressed to see their use of compostable materials (plates, bowls, utensils, napkins, and cups) and in-store compost and recycling bins so that customer waste was kept to a minimum. Their 1980s theme (interior design and music) is also cool to see, and it's nice that they put in those extra touches. I will definitely be back and highly recommend...
