Ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks at 6:30. Received at 7:00 days order was delivered by DoorDash driver. Called the store at 7:00pm. Immediately put on hold for 5 minutes. Call again and immediately put on hold. Called from a different number and immediately got an answer. I then explain I was given the completely wrong order of a small pizza with mushroom and peppers. Was told okay I’m gonna get my manager and keep you on hold for about two minutes. 18 minutes on hold and I drive to the store to see about 6 employees in there running around (while still on hold) walk in and tell them I’ve been on hold for 18 minutes (now 7:30pm been calling since 7 for a refund) and I received the wrong order and would like a refund. “Oh well we’ve only got one delivery driver right now” ???? Not sure what that has to do with you answering the phone and keeping me on hold multiple times. Was told by the small girl at the counter refund was processed but haven’t seen it yet. Let me start by saying Papa Johns does not deliver themselves, it is delivered by Door Dash which drives the cost of the food up as well as slapped on a 5.99 delivery fee. I got a large pizza, smallest order of wings, and cinnamon bread and by the time I paid delivery fee and tip it was $60!!! I placed my order at 9:20 pm and did not receive it until after 10:30 pm!!! Not the fault of the dasher, he actually had to stay there and wait for my order. I did the order tracking on my phone and it was the fault of the store. There is no sense in taking over an hour to fix a pizza. As stated before when I received it the pizza was hot… but it was missing TWO toppings I paid extra for!! In conclusion if you don’t mind waiting over an hour for your order, having toppings missing you paid extra for, and don’t mind paying more for the food and a 5.99 delivery fee this location may be okay for you. Read moreAfter waiting almost 2 hrs we had not received our order. I then checked the tracker for a update and it said order had been delivered. I called the store and they said there was a issue with the phone number so they didn’t come. However they had our address and room number. The order was never canceled via the tracker. In addition to this I received no email saying there was a issue. The tracker proceeded to show the order was filled normally and delivered so there was no indication of error on that front either. If we had selected the cash option I could have perhaps overlooked contacting me with a error email.?However I had prepaid with my debit card and included a tip. I never received a notification that funds were released.. because they weren’t. I have to wonder what would have been the outcome of I hadn’t contacted the store. Would they have kept the money and had us waiting up until 2 am? What would have been the resolution? Needless to say they came back out and the pizza is cold.
