China Wok — Restaurant in Wilmington

I just got delivery from here and the only good thing was how fast the delivery was. The food however was so bad! I'm not one to usually leave a bad review but I had to on this. I love Chinese food and this is the WORST I've ever had! This was a total waste of my money, but you live and learn and I hope this review helps you guys learn! The cream cheese wontons are one of my favorite things to order, but the ones I got from here were so bad they made me gag. The insides were curdled and sour tasting. Never in my life have I ever had cheese cream wontons (crab rangoons) like these. So I tried my orange chicken and it has absolutely no flavor and the chicken had black spots on them. The rice was good but that was all that was good! I highly recommend you choose somewhere else! I called to let them know the issues and one person says I don't know what you want me to do, do you want a refund... I said how about you refund half of it bc I'm trying to be nice by understanding they have used inventory to cook my food. Then they say oh we can't refund anything to you but we can give you more food... Why do I want more of the same bad food? My orange chicken was weird looking chicken in orange water with no flavor! So the first couple of times I've ordered the food has been hot and delivery was relatively quick. The last few have just not been great. This time the food was gross. I always order shrimp with broccoli. When I first started ordering from this restaurant I was given 5 shrimp in the shrimp with broccoli. Last time I got 4 and this time 3. I called and they said a lunch order has only 4 shrimp. Okay. Mine had 3 but they insisted they put 4 in. I said screw it and hung up. I start to eat it and I don't know what kind of sauce they decided to use this time but it tastes sour. They usually use brown sauce like you would get with the chicken and broccoli. This is not it. On top of that the last time the chicken was yellow. The time before that they screwed up half my order and I had to wait an extra 25 minutes and had to give them the mistake food. It's sometimes really terrible living in a smaller city. There are so few delivery options as it is so we have no choice but to deal with these Restaurants. It sucks. Well, there's my review. My roommate and I ordered delivery tonight and the person on the phone had to repeat our order (general tsoa’s tofu and vegetable chow mein) 3 times because he somehow kept getting it wrong. He told us it would be 35 minutes (we’re only about a 5 minute drive away). After about 50 minutes we figured because of inclement weather the driver was running a bit behind. After an hour we tried calling to see what was going on, but their phone lines were down and we kept getting a busy signal. We finally got through to the restaurant 2 hours later and they said the driver was on his way.
