Honestly, this place absolutely sucks. Customer service, employees, and management. If you’re thinking of stopping by, don’t. Just drive past and go to Burger King.
We placed an online order to try and beat the line because we have baby appointment. We’ve regularly came here and every experience is the same. I’m starting to think that the staff is picking on us at this point because as soon as they see our car, they already point us to park, even for a 2 item order. Was hoping to hurry and grab something to eat before the appointment, and the wait was overly long today. We had the same gal come out and tell us it was gonna be a longer wait twice! My husband decided to go inside for the refund and no one was at the counter or decided to help him. I don’t know what our they did to our food—but it’s soggy, old, and had been sitting out.
We go to McDonalds for something small, fast, and convenient before our baby appointments. Nearly all 26 appointments we’ve had. The same experience. Wouldn’t doubt it if they spit in our food today all over...

It seems that they didn't have any cash registers and the beverages were done from behind the counter. After perusing the menu, I decided on the filet-a-fish meal. Of course once I placed my order it took not even 6 or 7 minutes. What I liked was not only how good the food was, but how friendly the staff was. Now of course we got our food to go, and it was really good. The fries, tasted fresh, and had the right amount of salt, just enough to add flavor. My fish sandwich was smaller than I remember, but it is best when it is fresh. My sandwich was not nice & hot, but it to tasted fresh, without too much of that fishy smell to it. Read moreHorrible customer service, my boyfriend ordered from the Wilmington, IL location approximately 2 weeks ago they messed up our entire order. Which we unfortunately did not realize until we got home. We called they took his name so the next time he went there that he would get his order corrected without charge. Well we don't eat there daily a couple weeks went by he gave his name and the order they messed up and suddenly he needed a receipt. Which was not told to us when we initially called. Will be contacting corporate. The manager working 3/8/22. Be prepared to give reason why one manager tells us we only need to give a name to you and you’re demanding a receipt.
