This place has been one of our main staples for delivery this past year. Every delivery driver and employee who I've interacted with has been absolutely pleasant and kind. And as the cherry on top, the food is fresh and phenomenal every single time. I'm looking forward to dining here in person soon to get the full experience. Don't use Door dash or Grubhub when you order delivery though, make sure to order directly from their website. You'll find their delivery drivers are honestly one of the best ones around!! I recently dined at Omakai and was blown away by the sushi offerings and the exceptional service provided by our server Sierra. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. Our server was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. The sushi was fresh, and truly a delight for the taste buds. I went to pick up an order and it was the most disgusting sight. There was a large piece of beef just sitting out not covered or anything. Then they have noodles in a bucket and they use their bare hands to pull the noodles out, throw them on the grill and cook them. All while wiping their hands on a dirty apron. After the noodles were cooked, placed them in the container for the customer. Then without washing their hands, started cutting that large piece of beef.
