P.T.'s Olde Fashioned Grille — Restaurant in Wilmington

I don't share "bad" reviews lightly, and while this isn't meant to be a bad review, it's not a good one either. I actually love Pts but 8 of 10 times I go, I am overcharged and I'm getting sick of it. And I'm referring to this location and the 2 others in town. If I'm not overcharged, I'm charged something differently than the previous visit. For examples, I ask for no fries with my burger or meal, I am still charged for it, almost everytime. This happened for so long I actually started believing it was the same price with or without fries. I also often ask for 1 drink, split into 2 cups so I can water it down for the kids. This charge is almost never consistent and they often charge me for 2 drinks. All of this happens despite me being very clear with what I'm ordering. It's gotten to the point where I just prefer not to go anymore, despite having no problem with the food,...

I honestly love this place. In my own personal opinion, they have the best fries I have ever tried. Just enough seasoning to where you know it's there but not enough to be overwhelming. If you want a burger I would recommend this place. The only thing I don't exactly agree with is how the P.T. burger is the 4oz burger option is not half the price of the Olde Fashioned burger, which is 8oz. The 4oz is around $7 and the 8oz is around $9, so I would advise just going ahead and purchasing the Olde Fashioned version. With regards to menu items, it is completely customizable. You choose a basic burger/sandwich to start with and circle the different options you wanna add to it. Overall I always have a great experience here and I would reccomend it as a place...

We are here from Alaska and have heard our family talk about the lemon pepper fries for awhile now. We tried lunch there for the first time today and it was PERFECTION! My chili, cheese, slaw dog with onions was one of the best I’ve ever had! The “bun” (like a hoagie roll) was fresh, grilled inside and out and the perfect size-the hot dog was butterflied and grilled to perfection, the slaw was TRUE cole slaw and delicious and the chili was amazing! His old fashioned burger was cooked to perfection, the bun was fresh and perfect and all of the toppings were super fresh! And, of course, the lemon peppers fries were delish! Definitely a place that we wish we hadn’t waited so long to go to, but WILL be frequenting...
