Had a very disappointing experience here. Made reservations for three for 6:15 (for a booth). Got there at 6:10 and checked in with the gentleman at the hostess desk. He confirmed the reservation information and walked away. After 10 minutes of us standing there invisible, another person came to the hostess desk asking if we needed help. I told her that we already informed the gentleman of our reservation. She too confirmed the reservation and proceeded to walk away. Finally at 6:35 we got seated. It was not the booth I requested but at that point we were just happy to be seated (although it would have been nice to have been asked if the table was okay.)
After we were seated, at least 15 minutes went by without any acknowledgment (not even a glass of water). Different waitresses walked by multiple times. Finally my husband tracked down a waitress (who had walked by our table several times) and asked if she could please find our server. She said ‘Yes that’s me. It’s very busy’ (it really was not). We placed our drink order and that took another 15 minutes. My husband got the wrong beer but was so thirsty by that point he just drank it.
We then ordered an appetizer; and given the already slow service, we said we would also place our dinner order at that time. My daughter and I placed our orders, and by the time my husband went to speak, she had walked away. She didn’t even attempt to take his order!! He actually had to go get her to ask her if could order a meal!. She was unapologetic and almost baffled. Seriously???
An hour after our reservation time, we finally got our food .. but never got the appetizer!
It was obvious that she was very new (we heard another waitress apologizing to a nearby table who was complaining about her) but this was pathetic. Someone should have been helping her.
After the wait, the wrong beer, and the missing appetizer, we were hopeful that our meals were going to make up for it. We were sadly mistaken. My husband’s veal was overcooked, my haddock was dry and flavorless, and our daughter’s eggplant was drowning in sauce with overcooked, mushy pasta.

Person at the podium was very nice but had no idea where to seat us, when a gentleman who was running bread to the tables asked how many and finally lead us to a table. On the way at least 4 people who worked there asked him questions. He clearly was the only one who knew what was going on.
After being seated we waited 15 minutes for someone to come over. Because, it took so long we decided to order drinks, the appetizer and the meal. She took the order and brought a soda for one of our party. It was wrong. 10 mins later she returned with the other drinks and we told her the soda was wrong. She quickly brought the replacement soda, which was wrong again. We tried our drinks from the bar which were also incorrect, including a beverage that was needed to be non alcoholic that contained alcohol.
During this time I witnessed food brought to another table and that table returned all of the items because they were wrong.
A few minutes later (after we had been in the building approx 45 mins) the server returned to tell us that the kitchen was very backed up and that food would be a “while”. I asked how long and was told “I’m not sure, we are very busy upstairs”. To that I said we would call it a night and requested the check to settle up. She returned with a check and an attitude as she threw it on the table. We paid for the three drinks that were wrong that we did not drink and left.

Read more6/3/2017 - Extremely BAD customer service :( The manager was extremely disrespectful in front of our entire party of 10 people. I have a medical condition in which I had 80 percent of my stomach removed and have a medical card in which allows me to order small portions and/or off of a kids menu for life. I kindly asked a waitress for a kids menu due to my stomach size as a childs portion meal gives me 2-3 meals and she had no problem at all (like all places I've eaten haven't). I ordered clearly and said kids menu portion (so that I did not waste food) and pointed at the menu. They brought me a full massive adult portion in which I reminded them at this time that I had ordered a small meal and had no one to eat the leftovers but she was not acknowledging my statement. When the bill came I was charged the 18.99 instead of the 5.99 in which was not the underlying issue here, the food was going to be wasted and I specifically made it very clear to my order. I showed her my medical card and without even glancing she said she would get the manager. Manager came over very rudely and stated it did not matter if I had a medical issue or not, the bill is what it was and it could not be granted. The manager wouldn't even look at my card, I handed it to her and she placed it directly on the table without any viewing. It took nearly 30 minutes to checkout because they were making a huge deal out of it. Needless to say, I paid my full bill but will never return or recommend this place as they were extremely rude and inconsiderate. She not only embarrassed me but also disappointed our entire group.
