Subway — Restaurant in Wilmington

So, the meatball is supposed to be the Meal of the Day, but I’m still charged $12.66 instead of the advertised $6.99. They also charge for bags and aren’t a fully participating Subway. To top it off, they didn’t take the reward coupons, and napkins aren’t available and have to be requested. It’s a very strict place. Despite these issues, I still make this a once-a-month stop for sandwiches during my work lunch hours. The Indian guy is the best and the friendliest.

7/18/2025 update Still having issues with being charged the wrong amount. Supposed to be $6.99 for the meal of the day. They are charging something for something extra and not following the posted sign rules. Subway is certainly abusing and price gouging our community and neighborhood. I have to say seriously, this is the worst subway i've ever been too. The food is okay, but the breads taste expired. The employees seemed in tense because every single time I go there, they are being belittled by the Manager is front of the customers. I ask a question to the manager and she answers extremely rude. She has no education of manors, its very shameful that she treats not only her employees like that, but her customers. I seriously got really upset the way she answered me. Unacceptable!!!! I just hope that her boss reads this and reprimand her for her actions. Those employees don't deserve that abuse. This is why I gave a 1 star rating, but if there was a zero that is what I've would of chosen. Honest to God truth, they need another...
