The food is fantastic, authentic, and flavorful. The standout for me was their salsa selection, which in my opinion makes or breaks the meal. We tried all 4 flavors each one distinctly great both in flavor and heat level. For our meals we tried a grilled chicken burrito. Huge! Definitely enough to share with someone. I managed to eat one half and saved the rest for dinner. We also tried an assortment of tacos. Those of which included: azada, al pastor, chicken, and chorizo. All were satisfying. The corn tortillas are hand made and that definitely makes a difference and although it should be the standard, it not always is, so it’s nice to have it. Especially when they’re made correctly. Which for this location they definitely are.
The staff is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant itself is relatively clean. They’re located in Wilson’s old Creamery building. Which is quite old. So there really isn’t much of an atmosphere but they are a new business and I’m sure with time they will be able to make this place their own.
Overall I would definitely recommend this place and see...
Read moreAzetectic Taqueria is an absolute must-try in Wilson! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The food came out fast, fresh, and packed with flavor. They also had a variety of sauces to choose from to complement your meal. I had the tacos with rice and beans, my son had the kids ACP and everything tasted incredibly authentic.
The star of the show for me was the Jamaica agua fresca — perfectly sweet, refreshing, and the best I’ve had in a long time. It was the perfect companion to an already amazing meal. I can’t wait to try the horchata as well.
Prices are super reasonable, portions are generous, and the quality is outstanding. Azetectic Taqueria is definitely bringing something special to Wilson. I’ll be back...
