Awesome pastry options for everyone in the family! There are savory and sweet choices along with homemade breads and English muffins. We went with the potato bun which reminded me of an Eastern Europe style with potatoes, bacon, cheese, and onions in the middle. For 7 bucks…i will take two next time! Second we got the cinnamon babka which was nice and yeasty. It wasn’t too crispy or burnt like a lot of other bakeries which shows the experience this is over others. Third my wife got the classic chocolate croissant which was nice. There is a line which is a shocker to the public here. But instead of that being critical, it shows how the public truly responds and respects a great bakery. In the future it will be known not just throughout the state, but the country. Truly better than a lot of the “best” we have been to around...

Firstly. The atmosphere of the building is top notch. You walk in and it smells like perfection. The workers are kind, fast paced, and very proud of the work as they should be.

I got the potato bun filled with caramelized onions and words can not begin to describe how perfect it is. The crisp chip on the top, the soft buttery texture of the bun, the deep flavored carmalized onions, everything comes together like divinity wrapped in a bun.

We also got an almond croissant and it too was top notch. Perfect balance of almond to croissant flavor. The raspberry peppercorn brioche was also good, nice flavor balance. The key lime one is easily the best key lime anything I have ever had. The smell hits you like a fresh zested lime.

It's hard to see what I'm typing through the tears because this place is just THAT amazing! Got there around 9:30am and it smelled like HEAVEN! Super kind staff that helped with recommendations as well. I have nothing else to say about the food other than that my husband was audibly groaning in between each bite. So fresh, amazing flavors, so soft and tasty! 100000/10!!! For savory options, you MUST try the potato bun (filled with scalloped potatoes, onions, and I think bacon) and the everything brioche with the most delicious whipped topping I've ever had. And ALL the sweet options are fantastic (the chocolate croissant had the most amazing crunch yet softness to it!). Oh man, so so so happy Wilson has gained...
