So I called in my order to the Sugar Plum and specifically told the lady that I was out in the parking lot and would be in as soon as she could get the order ready. I went to pick up my order( gave her enough time to make the order) and she started to make the order. I’m looking around at all the orders that have been placed sitting on the table. So I paid for my food then asked her politely “if you call in an order do they make it right then or do you still have to wait until you come in before they make the order.” I’m wanting her to make it make sense for me cause otherwise if they fix it when I get there there is no need to call it in. She gave me some excuse about it depends on how busy they were or because the man who works with her told her to go on and use it for another order. This makes no sense to me especially after I told her I would be right in to get it. Also they were still filling called in orders. Clearly stated chocolate icing since my son loves chocolate and its a birthday cake - not sure what human being likes white icing to begin with on a birthday cake - anyway my dad always used this company when I was younger so I thought why not - NEVER AGAIN will I go back since they obviously can't listen to basic instructions when you call them - Called the Nash St to complain since when I called Brentwood she put me on hold for 5 mins - the woman who answered the phone told me how they went by what the ticket said and that chocolate was nowhere on there - Also told me how Brentwood listens when I know what I said but thats completely fine. Read morePulled up to window at 5:26 immediately they shut the lights off then one came to the window and said we close at 5:30 and I said it’s not 530 it’s 526 and it and showed them time on phone and note on google that says still open. it was 526 I need exactly what I want I have my cash already and instead of helping they fussed at me.
