This store has a less than 3 Star rating. It should be a negative 1 rating. I ordered my food online and was notified it was otw, out for delivery. After roughly 20 minutes since the out for delivery status, I check the tracker and it states my order has been delivered ! Now paid with my card , and so I call to speak to the manager “John”, who clearly is at LEAST late fifties and no one else will hire him. He immediately starts speaking telling me the same lies the first person that answered the phone tells me. A apartment wasn’t listed and they were blocked from calling my line ! Bogus! I ordered a few days ago, same app, same address, same number and the young lady found me, called me and got my order here on time. John rude behind sent my order back out and it had to be reheated and he ASSumes I will be ok with a store credit (NAH no thanks this experience has ruined it for ALL Domino’s, and I don’t wish to eat at this franchise any longer ), sending out another order at almost 1AM! (I’m ready to go to damn bed already ) and does NOT know what ACTIVE Listening. He talked over me multiple times and then advised me that the owner put him in charge to take care of “these types of issues”. So basically, they can screw up your order, get your money, give you col food and Old John Boy can talk to you any way and if you have a issue with the subpar management (John), it’s nothing that can be done so John is free to do whatever he likes until he retires from DOMINO’S! Read morePaid $59 for a pizza delivery. This restaurant called and said the delivery time would be 2.5-3 hours- they asked if I wanted to cancel the order. Since it was 7:30pm and I didn’t want a pizza at 10:30pm I said yes. The said they would issue a refund and it would take 5-7 business days. How is this right? Called and spoke with manager who really did not care whatsoever and told me to go ahead and leave a bad review. Ok-sure thing - what great customer service- here’s your bad review- DO NOT order from this location. They have some very apparent internal problems with their business.
