So why would you call the police on a paying customer because you and your staff failed to get my order right .? Lisa the “manger” with the red hair well she calls herself a manager but when acting like one she is far from it! This morning I went to get breakfast for my boyfriend and me because he was at work. First of all they didn’t get all I order at the speaker so when I get to the first window and pay I looked at my receipt the lady in the window told me to pull up and I noticed she didn’t get my tea when I got to the second window I tried to let the man know but before I could finish talking he blurted out she didn’t ring it up . I stated I know that that is what I was trying to let you know . He said I can’t do add on at the window but it’s not an add on if I order it at the speaker and y’all failed to get it. So I proceeded to look at my food and no surprise it was wrong. So I tell him and when I’m trying to explain what is wrong he keeps closing the window and walking away so no surprise when he brought it back it was also wrong. How do you expect to get a order right when you don’t even listen what is wrong with it. All I ordered was a sausage McMuffin no Cheese well done two large teas a hash brown and a sausage McGriddle add cheese well done. So when he bring me my new still not right food I stated I still want that extra tea he said he can’t do add on at the window mind you I had a 20$ bill in my hand and the front register is right there. And it’s not a add on if I stated at the speaker I wanted it . The second time my food was missing the cheese the first time they put the cheese on my McMuffin. Also why argue with a paying customer over a tea and a slice of cheese when you could simply fix it in the first place because that is you job that is what the McDonald’s company pay you for. Instead of realizing you and your crew messed up and fixing it you want to call the police when I was not even acting out or no uncalled for actions. What kind of business allows this behavior? But anyway like I was saying the man just closed the window because he didn’t want to get me a tea and call his manger over and I tried to tell Lisa what happened and she didn’t not try and fix it I couldn’t even tell her my order was still wrong before she closes the window on me so I wait with the sandwich up in the window so they can see it multiple people including the manager walked passed the window multiple times and failed to help this paying customer I was there for about 10 to 15 extra minutes before the manager came back to see what I needed and probably only because I blew my horn . But when she opened the window she said just like this “WHAT?” I said you still have my order wrong she said “I DIDN'T MAKE IT” …. Ummmm ?? What kind of manger even talked like that? I stated back well some dummies in there did she said “I bet you won’t come inside and say that”…. Ummmmm?? Hold up so now McDonald’s have mangers that THREATEN PAYING CUSTOMERS? That’s wild never in my life would I of guessed someone in a management position would threaten a paying customer and then call the police . And I do have it recorded so corporate need to do something about Lisa short white lady with the red hair this manger is in their business threatening paying customers. And on another note corporate really needs to get down here because why is there so many horrible reviews on the one place for is outrageous. Someone is not...
Read moreIf I could give this MCDONALDS less than one star I would. Worst experience I have ever had in in food service. It started with our order. The girl taking the order sounded like she hated her job and resented taking our order in the first place, she told us our total and asked us to pull to the window twice while we were still ordering. Then when we got to the next window we realized that because she was too busy rushing us to listen, she missed the second coffee that I know my mother ordered. My mom told the lady at the second window that the first lady was rude and didn't listen. The second girl behind that window start acting all ghetto and rude and puts up her hand like whatever, the shift manager was acting all rude and they screamed bye all ghetto. They actually yelled at us from the window at breakfast! It was the most unproffesional thing I had ever seen. If I did something like that to a customer I would loose by job. It was like paying to be bullied. Then I go to talk to the manager Angie and she starts getting an attitude with me because I am upset at how my mother was just spoken to. If I was the owner I would sent someone in there in secret to see just how horrid that store is. Undercover Boss needs to come in there or something and clean this places act up bad, the Manger sure...

The lunch/early dinner time staff here are extremely unhelpful and rude. If they get your order wrong - they don’t want to fix it and you have to pretty much fight tooth and nail for them to do their job. I never care if an order is wrong - it happens, but when I told them about an issue they have an attitude from the beginning and told me “well we already made it,” and didn’t want to remake the sandwich. I also always check my bag before leaving the drive thru now (which they make sure to let me know they hate) because I’ve drove off more than once with missing food, no straws, and/or no napkinsoI only go here to this location now if I just really want something to eat quick and don’t want to drive 7-10 extra minutes to another location in town.
I also went once with a friend and had a mobile order, we asked them to add another sandwich to the order at the window and were told they can’t do that? I’ve had other McDonald’s ASK if I needed or wanted to change/add items so I’m not sure why this location insists...
