This is my experience the second time. First time ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza through online app and was OK (Depending on store and Chef, Whole Foods sometimes does it better). Based on owners SMS request, I called them directly instead (to help a local business and not have an online company take a cut) and ordered a Chicken Marsala pizza. The taste was very bad and too much grease. My office in NJ orders Marsala pizza regularly which is FANTASTIC. Had similar expectation especially considering the price. Not worth $21 including tax for a medium pizza (which is almost small size elsewhere). Also, there is supposed to be a curbside pickup, but, was refused when I called in today. Obviously, this profile is from a random account for privacy, but, the store should have my details and is a legit review. I have the receipt and pic if they need. Hopefully...
Read moreFor the second time in 2 weeks the driver has gotten ‘lost’ delivering to us. I called 45mins after placing the order to find out the eta and was told “he left some time ago - about 15mins ago, he should be right there”. I called back 25mins later and was told he actually left 8minutes ago, and would be here in about 10-15minutes. We live 12minutes drive away.
‘Ronni’ didn’t really seemed bothered by it all, says he got lost and, but it was ok because he was on his way.

Read moreWhat a terrible experience. We order takeout and two of the items are missing and one of the few items they remembered to include is wrong. I had to race back to see if I could catch them and get my son's dinner meaning my family couldn't even eat together.
Worse yet, they decide to close an hour early for no apparent reason, so I get there and the place is closed. Can't fix a massively incorrect order if no one is there.
A total failure. 1 star all the way. I'm so angry and disappointed. Way to ruin family dinner,...
