911 Taco Bar — Restaurant in Winchester

THE CATERING WAS HOURS LATE. I had pre-paid for a 300 person event, but they must've forgotten our order until that day. They confirmed our event time that morning and have no indication that they'd be late at all. All the tacos and chips ended up being dyed hot pink as well, so I'm pretty sure they gave us part of someone else's premade catering. Later found out that they didn't have enough staff scheduled to cook that day and they didn't even have a driver scheduled to deliver. It was all very deceptive as if they were afraid we'd cancel if they were truthful about their mistakes, because they continually pushed back the time they said they would be arriving. Had they communicated, we might have been able to help by sending our own people to pick up. It's unfortunate that we found out only after our event was over, and that after weeks of trying to reach out to them, the owner refused when asked for a refund initially then ghosted after claiming to want to work things out and offer 10%, not returning phone, email, or paypal. We've been loyal catering customers with them but will have to cut the relationship after this interaction. I recommend carefully considering whether or not you trust them to provide the service...

Only giving this place 3 stars because I’m grading the service as well. Ordered the Signature 911 Taco and it was delicious and tender BUT am so turned off at the business practices of this place. This taco is advertised to cost $15 on the board AND online. So we go to check out and they charge us $18 for it and I questioned it. She said that’s what it costs and I let her know that we were not told that the price was going to be different… we went back and forth and it was a horrible/negative interchange regarding the false advertisement. Unsure about going back because of getting up charged whatever they feel like charging on...

The Ribeye Taquito is an OH. My. God. Type of experience. Not your typical rolled and fried Taquito. Rather full slices of real Ribeye and Avocado on a grilled tortilla.
